dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาและสร้างวิธีการประเมินความเหมาะสมของที่อยู่อาศัยโดยเปรียบเทียบกับมาตรฐานขั้นต่ำ โดยใช้หลักการวิเคราะห์การตัดสินใจกรณีหลายวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อให้ครอบคลุมหัวข้อคุณสมบัติต่างๆ ที่อยู่อาศัยที่นำมาพิจารณา วิธีการประเมินผลที่นำมาใช้ในที่นี้คือ วิธีการแบบผลบวกของครรถประโยชน์ของคุณสมบัติย่อย ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมของคุณสมบัติย่อยหนึ่งๆ จะมีค่าเป็นอิสระแก่กัน และได้ให้น้ำหนักความสำคัญสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณสมบัติต่างๆ ในการรวมผลย่อย การนำวิธีนี้มาใช้ได้นำมาแสดงไว้ในการประเมินความเหมาะสมของที่อยู่อาศัยโดยเปรียบเทียบกับมาตรฐานขั้นต่ำของการเคหะแห่งชาติ วิธีการในวิจัยครั้งนี้เน้นเกี่ยวกับการจัดขนาดพื้นที่ภายในหน่วยที่อยู่อาศัย ในกรณีนี้ขนาดพื้นที่ของที่อยู่อาศัยชนิดต่างๆ จะเป็นคุณสมบัติย่อยที่ต้องพิจารณา ในการสร้างวิธีการประเมินสำหรับกรณีนี้ ได้มีการส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังกลุ่มสถาปนิกหลายกลุ่ม เพื่อรวบรวมค่าความพอใจต่อความเหมาะสมของที่อยู่อาศัยเมื่อขนาดของพื้นที่หนึ่งๆ แปรเปลี่ยนไปจากที่ระบุไว้ในมาตรฐาน และค่าความสำคัญ สัมพันธ์ระหว่างกลุ่มของคุณสมบัติ ข้อมูลที่ได้จากตัวอย่างได้นำมาตีความและใช้เป็นแบบวิธีการประเมินผลได้ใช้แบบวิธีนี้ในการประเมินความเหมาะสมของแบบที่อยู่อาศัยที่สร้างโดยการเคหะแห่งชาติจำนวน 4 แบบ คุณลักษณะของแบบวิธีนี้ ได้แสดงให้เห็นถึงข้อดีและข้อเสียของแต่ละแบบและให้ค่าดรรชนีตัวเลขที่ชี้ให้เห็นถึงสัมพันธ์กับความเหมาะสมเมื่อเทียบกับมาตรฐานขั้นต่ำ และคาดว่าแบบวิธีนี้จะสามารถใช้ได้กว้างขวางขึ้นในอนาคต ถ้าหากได้พิจารณาถึงผลของคุณสมบัติอื่นๆ ไว้ในวิธีในการประเมินนี้ด้วย	-
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this research is to propose an evaluation method for suitability of housing units with respect to minimum standards by using the principle of multi-objective decision making to rover the attributes of housing unit considered. The evaluation method used is the additive utility model. The evaluated results of each independent are combined with regard to their relative importance. The use of the method was demonstrated in the evaluation of the suitability of housing units with respect to the minimum standards of the National Housing Authority. The model in this research emphasized the arrangement and dimension of internal area of housing unit. In this case, the dimensions of each area are considered as attributes. To create the evaluation method, questionnaires were sent to random groups of architectures. The preference of suitability of housing unit, under the situation where the dimensions or each area deviate from the stated minimum standards, was rated along with the preference of relative importance among the groups of al tributes The data obtained were interpreted and used to form part of the evaluation model. The model was then used in evaluating four types of housing units built by the National Housing Authority. The characteristics of the model show the advantages and disadvantages of each type and provide the numerical index to indicate the suitability with respect to the minimum standards. It is expected that this model could be widely used provided that the effect of other attributes arc included in the model.	-
