dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครในเขตชุมชนชานเมืองกรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งเป็นเขตที่ได้รับอิทธิพลจากการขยายตัวของเมือง โดยศึกษาในประเด็นเกี่ยวกับการกระจายตัวของการให้บริการของโรงเรียน บทบาททางการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชน ตลอดจนคุณภาพ และประสิทธิภาพของการให้บริการดังกล่าวด้วย แนวทางการศึกษาจะพิจารณาจากลักษณะการใช้ที่ดิน และลักษณะทางกายภาพของเขตมีนบุรี เขตหนองจอก และเขตลาดกระบัง มีผลกระทบต่อการให้บริการการศึกษาของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครในปัจจุบัน และเพื่อให้ได้ทราบข้อมูลดังกล่าว จึงทำการศึกษาโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและผู้ปกครองนักเรียนในเขตมีนบุรี เขตหนองจอก และเขตลาดกระบัง จำนวน 22 โรงเรียน ข้อมูลที่ได้จากการวิเคราะห์แบบสอบถามสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการปรับปรุงการวางแผนการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครในเขตชุมชนชานเมืองในอนาคต จากการวิเคราะห์ พบลักษณะพื้นที่ในเขตมีนบุรี เขตหนองจอก และเขตลาดกระบัง มี 2 ลักษณะ คือ บริเวณที่มีศักยภาพต่ำในด้านพัฒนาเป็นเมือง และบริเวณที่มีศักยภาพสูงในด้านพัฒนาเป็นเมือง ในด้านพื้นที่เกี่ยวกับการให้บริการการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชน สรุปผลการศึกษาได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้คือ 1. ลักษณะการกระจายตัวของโรงเรียน มีการกระจายตัวอย่างไม่สม่ำเสมอบนพื้นที่ และมัธยฐานของรัศมีการเดินทางจากบ้านมาโรงเรียนมีค่าเท่ากับ 1.32 กิโลเมตร 2. บทบาทในการให้การศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนที่โรงเรียนจัดให้กับชุมชนมีน้อย เช่น ด้านแนะแนวอาชีพ จากแบบสอบถามพบว่าชุมชนได้รับจากโรงเรียนร้อยละ 36.0 3. ความสัมพันธ์และบทบาทของโรงเรียนด้านพัฒนาชุมชนมีมากในบริเวณพื้นที่เกษตรกรรม ชุมชนเบาบาง และชุมชนอยู่ใกล้กับบริเวณโรงเรียน โดยพิจารณาจากผู้ปกครองเลือกโรงเรียนใกล้บ้าน มีค่าร้อยละ 65.2 4. ประสิทธิภาพ และคุณภาพของการให้บริการของโรงเรียน พิจารณาจากที่ตั้งของโรงเรียน รัศมีการบริการ 1.32 กิโลเมตร บางพื้นที่โรงเรียนอยู่ใกล้กันมาก เขตบริการของโรงเรียนซ้อนกัน เช่น แขวงมีนบุรี แขวงแสนแสบ แขวงสามวาตะวันออก ในพื้นที่เขตมีนบุรี แขวงคลองสิบ แขวงโคกแฝด แขวงกระทุ่มราย ในพื้นที่เขตหนองจอก แขวงลาดกระบัง แขวงขุมทอง แขวงลำปลาทิว ในพื้นที่เขตลาดกระบัง บางพื้นที่โรงเรียนอยู่ไกลกัน เขตบริการของโรงเรียนไม่ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม จำนวนนักเรียนต่อครู นักเรียนต่อห้องเรียน อยู่ในเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน
dc.description.abstractalternative	This study attempts to understand the contribution of elementary school siting to urban growth in the sub-urban Bangkok Metropolitan area. Factors studied included distribution of elementary school services, community educational concerns, and quality and efficiency of service. A study was made of the spatical and physical characteristics of Khet Minburi, Nongchok, and Latkrabang districts, and questionnaires distributed in 22 schools. The data was evaluated to develop criteria for future planning of elementary schools. Characteristics were found to identify two classes of districts, thuse with high and with low potential for rapid urbanization. The result of the study developed the following criteria. 1. The median distance to school should be 1.32 kilometre. 2. The educational role of elementary school to community development should be increased especially in vocational training 3. Relationship between the school and community was high in the agricultural area and low density area but low relationship was in the urbanized area. to found that the percentage of the parents who selected the school for those were closed. 4. On the efficiency of services found that the radius of school service area of 1.32 [kilometer] were overlapped in Min Buri, San Sap, East Sam Wa in Min Buri District Klong Sip, Kok Fad, Kratump Rai in Nong Chok District and Lat Krabang, Kum Thong, Lam Pa Thue in Lat Krabang District. And found that the ratio of enrollment of students for class and teacher are better than their standard.
