| Abstract: | เฟิร์นวงศ์ Dennstaedtiaceae ที่ศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีจำนวนทั้งหมด 16 ชนิด 2 ชนิดย่อย 4 พันธุ์ โดยทำการศึกษารูปร่างลักษณะและรายละเอียดต่างๆ ของเหง้า ใบ ขน กลุ่มอับสปอร์ สปอร์ ของเฟิร์นแต่ละชนิด พร้อมทั้งวาดภาพและถ่ายภาพประกอบ รวมถึงการถ่ายภาพแสดงรูปร่างลักษณะของสปอร์จากกล้องจุลทรรศน์อิเล็คตรอนแบบสแกน เพื่อที่จะขจัดปัญหาในการตรวจสอบตัวอย่างพันธุ์ไม้ และช่วยทำให้เกิดความเข้าใจอันดีเกี่ยวกับความสัมพันธ์กันทางสายพันธุ์ของเฟิร์นในวงศ์นี้ นอกจากนี้ยังได้จัดทำรูปวิธานจำแนกสกุลชนิด พันธุ์ ไว้ประกอบด้วย |
| Other Abstract: | Sixteen species, two subspecies and four varieties of ferns belong to the family Dennstaedtiaceae has been studied. The detail characteristic of rhizome, frond, hair, sorus, sporangium and spore of each species were described, together with picture, figures and electronmicrographs of spore in order to clarify the problem of indentification and to give a better under standing of their phylogenic relationships. Key to genera, species and varieties are also included. |
