| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษ ตามหลักสูตรประถมศึกษา พุทธศักราช 2521 ของนักเรียนและครูในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครในเขตหน่วยศึกษานิเทศก์ หน่วย 6 วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ แบบสอบถาม 2 ฉบับ ฉบับแรกเป็นแบบสอบถามสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 และฉบับที่สองเป็นแบบสอบถามสำหรับครูสอนภาษาอังกฤษชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 และ 6 ซึ่งถามเกี่ยวกับสถานภาพ ปัญหาด้านหลักสูตรและเอกสารประกอบหลักสูตร เนื้อหา กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน การวัดและประเมินผล ตลอดจนความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษในระดับประถมศึกษา หลังจากได้นำไปทดลองใช้แล้วได้ปรับปรุงเป็นแบบสอบถามฉบับสมบูรณ์ และนำไปใช้กับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 490 คน และครูสอนภาษาอังกฤษชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 และ 6 จำนวน 85 คน ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ในเขตหน่วยศึกษานิเทศก์ หน่วย 6 ทุกโรง ซึ่งเก็บรวบรวมแบบสอบถามคืนได้จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 562 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 97.74 ของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามทั้งหมด แล้วนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์โดยการหาความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย จากผลของแบบสอบถามทั้งสองชุดพบว่า 1. นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 มีปัญหาในด้านเนื้อหาและ กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษ เป็นปัญหาปานกลางและ น้อย 2. ครูสอนภาษาอังกฤษในชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 และ 6 มีปัญหาในด้านหลักสูตรและเอกสารประกอบหลักสูตร เนื้อหา กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน การวัดและประเมินผล ส่วนใหญ่เป็นปัญหาปานกลางและน้อย ที่เป็นปัญหามากคือ เรื่องความสอดคล้องของหลักสูตรกับสภาพแวดล้อมของนักเรียน ด้านเนื้อหาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษในเรื่องการใช้ประโยคได้ถูกต้องตามกาลต่าง ๆ และการฝึกเสียงที่เป็นปัญหาสำหรับนักเรียน |
| Other Abstract: | Purpose The purpose of this research was to study the problems of learning and teaching English using the elementary education curriculum B.E. 2521 in elementary schools under the authority of the Bangkok metropolitan administration, the supervisory unit 6. Procedure The instruments used in this research were two sets of questionnaires. The first was for the prathom suksa 6 students and the second one was for the English teachers of both prathom suksa 5 and 6. The questionnaires were concerned with status of respondents, the problems of curriculum and materials, contents, learning – teaching activities, measurement and evaluation, and the opinions of both samples on learning English in prathom suksa level. After two sets of questionnaires were tried out and improved, they were used with 490 prathom suksa 6 students and 85 English teachers of both prathom suksa 5 and 6 in every elementary schools under the authority of the Bangkok metropolitan administration, the supervisory unit 6. The 562 sets of questionnaires or 97.74 percents of all questionnaires were received back. The data were statistically analyzed using the frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation, Findings The results of the two sets of questionnaires indicated that 1. The prathom suksa 6 students had problems concerning contents and learning teaching activities at medium and low level.2. The English teachers of both prathom suksa 5 and 6 had problems concerning curriculum and materials, contents, learning teaching activities and measurement and evaluation at both medium and low level. The other had problems on the appropriate of curriculum and students’ back-ground and environment, pattern used in correct tenses and problem sound drill were at high level. |
