dc.description.abstractวิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1)ศึกษาถึงพัฒนาการการตั้งถิ่นฐานของชุมชนทะเลน้อยจากอดีตถึงปัจจุบัน 2)ศึกษารูปแบบและการเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบการตั้งถิ่นฐานของชุมชน 3)ศึกษาเอกลักษณ์ของชุมชนและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคน กิจกรรมและการใช้พิ้นที่ในชุมชน และ 4)เสนอแนะรูปแบบการตั้งถิ่นฐานที่เหมาะสมในอนาคตของชุมชน จากการศึกษาพบว่าชุมชนทะเลน้อยมีการตั้งบ้านเรือนอยู่ริมทะเลน้อยซึ่งมีสภาพเป็นที่ลุ่มน้ำขัง มีลักษณะเป็นชุมชนประมงพื้นบ้านที่มีวิถีชีวิตและกิจกรรมสัมพันธ์กับทะเลน้อย การเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบการตั้งถิ่นฐานของชุมชนบ้านทะเลน้อยสามารถแบ่งได้เป็น 3 ช่วง ได้แก่ ยุคไตรหัวหงส์ ยุคไปมาค้าขายใช้เรือเมล์ และยุคทิ้งทะเลลืมพาย โดยยุคทิ้งทะเลลืมพายมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบการตั้งถิ่นฐานอย่างชัดเจนที่สุด การเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าวเป็นผลมาจากอิทธิพลของปัจจัยธรรมชาติ เทคโนโลยี มรดกจากอดีต และสภาพเศรษฐกิจและการเมือง รูปแบบการตั้งถิ่นฐานที่คงเอกลักษณ์ดั้งเดิมของชุมชนประมงทะเลน้อยคือการตั้งถิ่นฐานขนานไปกับแนวคลอง ซึ่งในปัจจุบันพื้นที่บริเวณดังกล่าวยังคงมีวิถีชีวิต กิจกรรม และรูปแบบอาคารแบบชุมชนประมงพื้นบ้านดั้งเดิมของชุมชนทะเลน้อย ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับรูปแบบการตั้งถิ่นฐานที่เหมาะสมของชุมชนในอนาคตประกอบด้วย 1) การควบคุมสภาพแวดล้อมริมคลองและทะเลสาบโดยการมีส่วนร่วมระหว่างรัฐและประชาชนในท้องถิ่น 2) การอนุรักษ์รูปแบบการตั้งถิ่นฐานของชุมชนโดยใช้มาตรการทางผังเมือง และ 3) การสร้างรายได้ให้แก่ชุมชนควบคู่กับการอนุรักษ์โดยการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวชุมชน-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe objectives of this study are, 1) to study the development of the settlement of Ban Thale Noi Community from past to present; 2) to study the settlement pattern of the community and their changes; 3)to study the community identity and the relationship between the people their activities, and space usage; and 4) to propose suitable settlement pattern for the community in the future. The result of the study review reveals that Thale Noi Community situated in the wet land next to Thale Noi. It is a folk-fishery community where the people’s way of life and activity are closely tied to Thale Noi. The change of the settlement patterns of Thale Noi’s community can be divided into 3 periods— Tri Hua Hong, trading by boat, and forgetting the sea and the paddle. The clearest change of the settlement pattern has occurred in the last period. Such a change has been the result of several factors— nature, technology, heritage from the past, and economic and political environment. The uniqueness of Thale Noi fishery community is based upon the settlement pattern along the canal. At the present, local people in this area still have traditional way of life and activities. The architecture is also in traditional style. The study propose the following measures for the future of Thale Noi Community: 1) controlling the physical environment near the canal and the lake by emphasized the co-operation between local people and government agencies; 2) conserving traditional settlement patterns using planning measure; and 3) generating local income through community base tourism development.-
