| Abstract: | ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะและภูมิหลังของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยครูนครศรีธรรมราช ในด้านบุคลิกภาพ ทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพครู ระดับเชาวน์ปัญญา รูปแบบการเรียน ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของครอบครัวและเพื่อวิเคราะห์จำแนกตัวแปรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณลักษณะและภูมิหลังของกลุ่มนักศึกษาครูประเภทคัดเลือกกับประเภทสอบคัดเลือก โดยศึกษากับประชากรที่ศึกษาได้จำนวน 614 คน แยกเป็นนักศึกษาครูประเภทคัดเลือก 183 คน ประเภทสอบคัดเลือก 431 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามสถานภาพและฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของครบครัว แบบสำรวจบุคลิกภาพ ซีพีไอ แบบสอบแมทริซีสก้าวหน้าขั้นสูง แบบวัดทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพครู และแบบสำรวจรูปแบบการเรียน นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์โดยคำนวณหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ จำแนกโดยวิธีวิเคราะห์แบบมีขั้นตอน ได้ข้อค้นพบที่สำคัญดังนี้ 1. นักศึกษาครูประเภทคัดเลือกและประเภทสอบคัดเลือกมีคุณลักษณะและภูมิหลังที่ใกล้เคียงกันในด้านต่างๆ ดังนี้ 1.1 นักศึกษาครูประเภทคัดเลือก บิดาหรือมารดาส่วนใหญ่จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา (ร้อยละ 66.12) ประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรม (ร้อยละ 74.72) มีรายได้รวมเฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ระหว่าง 1,981-3,980 บาท (ร้อยละ 41.53) นักศึกษาครูส่วนใหญ่มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อวิชาชีพครู (ร้อยละ 96.17) มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 79.78) และมีลักษณะการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วมในเกณฑ์สูง 1.2 นักศึกษาครูประเภทสอบคัดเลือก บิดาหรือมารดาส่วนใหญ่จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา (ร้อยละ 67.98) ประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรม (ร้อยละ 74.94) มีรายได้รวมเฉลี่ยต่อเดือนระหว่าง 1,981-3,980 บาท (ร้อยละ 40.37) นักศึกษาครูส่วนใหญ่มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อวิชาชีพครู (ร้อยละ 96.29) มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 87.94) และมีลักษณะการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วมในเกณฑ์สูง 2. ตัวแปรที่สามารถจำแนกและมีแนวโน้มที่จะเป็นคุณลักษณะของนักศึกษาครูแต่ละกลุ่ม คือ 2.1 กลุ่มนักศึกษาครูประเภทคัดเลือก ได้แก่ ตัวแปรบุคลิกภาพด้านความสามารถที่จะบรรลุถึงสถานภาพ ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน บุคลิกภาพด้านความรับผิดชอบและบุคลิกภาพด้านลักษณะร่วมที่พบในคนส่วนมาก 2.2 กลุ่มนักศึกษาครูประเภทสอบคัดเลือก ได้แก่ ตัวแปรรูปแบบการเรียนแบบหลีกเลี่ยง บุคลิกภาพด้านการวางตัวในสังคม บุคลิกภาพด้านประสิทธิภาพทางสมอง บุคลิกภาพด้านการควบคุมตนเอง และบุคลิกภาพด้านมีอำนาจเหนือผู้อื่น |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study the Naknon Si Thammarat Teachers College students’ characteristics and backgrounds with regard to personality, attitude towards teaching career, intelligent, learning style, academic learning achievement and socio-economic status and to discriminate the variables concerning teacher students’ characteristics and backgrounds between the selected group and the entrance examination group. The accessible population 614 teacher students of whom 183 were selected group and 431 were entrance examination group. The research instruments were status and socio-economic status questionnaires, California Psychological Inventory (CPI), Advanced Progressive Matrices, Teacher Attitude Inventory and Student Learning Styles Questionnaire. The Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and Discriminant Analysis technique with Stepwise Methods were used for data analysis. The major findings were as follows: 1. Teacher students’ characteristics and backgrounds of the selected group and the entrance examination group were as follows: 1.1 Selected group The majority of fathers or moters of teacher students graduated from primary school (66.12%), and were agriculturists (74.72%). Each families had an average income of 1,981-3,980 baht per month (41.53%). Most of the teacher students had good attitude towards teaching career (96.17%), and academic learning achievement at a moderate level (79.78%) as well as participant learning styles at high level. 1.2 Entrance examination group The majority of fathers or moters of teacher students graduated from primary school (67.98%), and were agriculturists (74.94%). Each families had an average income of 1,981-3,980 baht per month (40.37%). Most of the teacher students had good attitude towards teaching career (96.29%), and academic learning achievement at a moderate level (87.94%) sa well as participant learning styles at high level. 2. Discriminanting variables which tend to be the characteristics of each teacher students group were as follows: 2.1 Selected group : Capacity for status, academic learning achievement, responsibility and communality. 2.2 Entrance examination group : Avoidance learning styles, intellectual efficiency, self-control and dominance. |
