dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายที่จะศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักหนังสือพิมพ์ท้องถิ่นในเขตภาคเหนือตอนล่างต่อการเสนอข่าวเพื่อการพัฒนา เพื่อทราบการเสนอข่าว เพื่อการพัฒนา และเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของนักหนังสือพิมพ์ท้องถิ่น เกี่ยวกับบทบาทที่ควรจะเป็นและบทบาทที่กำลังเป็นอยู่ในการเสนอข่าวเพื่อการพัฒนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. นักหนังสือพิมพ์ท้องถิ่นมีความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทที่ควรจะเป็นและบทบาทที่กำลังเป็นอยู่ในการเสนอข่าวเพื่อการพัฒนาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยบทบาทที่นักหนังสือพิมพ์กำลังเป็นอยู่น้อยกว่าบทบาทที่ควรจะเป็น 2. ตำแหน่งหน้าที่ ระยะเวลาการทำงาน และการเข้ารับการอบรมวิชาชีพหนังสือพิมพ์มีผลทำให้ความเห็นของนักหนังสือพิมพ์ท้องถิ่นต่อบทบาทในการเสนอข่าวเพื่อการพัฒนาแตกต่างกัน 3. นักหนังสือพิมพ์ท้องถิ่นให้ความสำคัญในลำดับสูงกับบทบาทต่อสู้เพื่อความเป็นธรรมในสังคม ส่งเสริมระบอบประชาธิปไตย วิพากษ์วิจารณ์เพื่อแก้ไขสิ่งที่ไม่ดีในสังคม สอดส่องความทุกข์ยากของประชาชนและสนับสนุนการพัฒนาชนบท 4. ปัญหาสำคัญที่ทำให้ไม่สามารถเสนอข่าวเพื่อการพัฒนาคือการขาดประสบการณ์และการฝึกอบรมในวิชาชีพนี้-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this research was to study the opinion of journalists in lower northern region in Thailand, regarding development news presentation and to compare expected and actual roles in development news presentation. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The expected and actual roles of lower northern region journalists were significantly different. Lower northern region journalists' performed less than expected role. 2. Position, duration of experiences in journalist career and training in journalist profession were related to opinion of journalist in presentation community development news. 3. Local Journalists were highly aware of their social equality promotion role, democracy promotion role, social problem critic role and surveillance role. 4. Their most important problem was limitation in development news presentation due to lack of experience and training in this area.-
