dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการเสริมสมรรถภาพการนิเทศวิชาพลศึกษาของศึกษานิเทศก์ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ เขตการศึกษา 12 และเปรียบเทียบความต้องการเสริมสมรรถภาพการนิเทศวิชาพลศึกษาของศึกษานิเทศก์ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ เขตการศึกษา 12 ที่มีประสบการณ์การนิเทศต่างกัน ผู้วิจัยได้ส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังศึกษานิเทศก์สำนักงานการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ/กิ่งอำเภอที่ปฏิบัติงาน ในเขตการศึกษา 12 จำนวน 173 ฉบับ ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนมา 167 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 96.53 นำข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสอบถามมาวิเคราะห์โดยคิดเป็นค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (X) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และทดสอบค่า “ที” (t-test) นำเสนอข้อมูลด้วยตารางประกอบความเรียง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความต้องการเสริมสมรรถภาพการนิเทศวิชาพลศึกษาของศึกษานิเทศก์สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ เขตการศึกษา 12 โดยส่วนรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านและรายข้อ พบว่า มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน 2. เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความต้องการเสริมสมรรถภาพการนิเทศวิชาพลศึกษา ของศึกษานิเทศก์ สังกัดสำนักงานการคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ เขตการศึกษา 12 ที่มีประสบการณ์การนิเทศต่างกัน พบว่า มีความต้องการเสริมสมรรถภาพการนิเทศวิชาพลศึกษา ไม่แตกต่างกัน
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study the needs for enhancing the competency of physical education supervisors of the office of the National Primary Education Commission, Educational Region twelve and to compa the needs between the less experienced physical education supervisors and the more experienced physical Education supervisors. The questionnaires were constructed and sent to 173 office primary education supervisors and 167 questionnaires or 96.53 percent were returned. The obtained data were analyzed in terms of means, stand are deviations and the t-test was also employed to test statistically significant differences. Results of the study were as follows: 1. The needs for enhancing the competency of physical education supervisors primary were at the “high” level in all aspects. 2. There was no significant difference between the less experienced supervisors and the more experienced in physical education supervisor at the .05 level.
