| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพการวิจัยและความต้องการวิธีการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพการวิจัย ของครูภาษาอังกฤษระดับมัธยมศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 1 และเปรียบเทียบความต้องการการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพการวิจัยและความต้องการวิธีการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพการวิจัยของครูภาษาอังกฤษระดับมัธยมศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 1 ระหว่างผู้ที่เคยและไม่เคยรับการอบรม หรือสัมมนาเกี่ยวกับการวิจัยและสถิติเพื่อการวิจัย และผู้ที่เคยและไม่เคยเรียนวิชาวิจัยและวิชาสถิติเพื่อการวิจัย ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้ 1. ครูภาษาอังกฤษระดับมัธยมศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 1 มีความต้องการการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพการวิจัยและมีความต้องการวิธีการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพการวิจัยโดยรวม ในระดับน้อย 2. ครูภาษาอังกฤษระดับมัธยมศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 1 ที่เคยและไม่เคยรับการอบรมหรือร่วมการสัมมนาเกี่ยวกับการวิจัยและสถิตเพื่อการวิจัย ที่เคยและไม่เคยเรียนวิชาวิจัยและวิชาสถิติเพื่อการวิจัย มีความต้องการการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพการวิจัยไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 3. ครูภาษาอังกฤษระดับมัธยมศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 1 ที่เคยและไม่เคยรับการอบรมเกี่ยวกับการวิจัย มีความต้องการวิธีการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพการวิจัยแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนครูภาษาอังกฤษระดับมัธยมศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 1 ที่เคยและไม่เคยรับการอบรมเกี่ยวกับสถิติเพื่อการวิจัยที่เคยและไม่เคยร่วมการสัมมนาเกี่ยวกับการวิจัยและสถิติเพื่อการวิจัย ที่เคยและไม่เคยเรียนวิชาวิจัยและวิชาสถิติเพื่อการวิจัย มีความต้องการวิธีการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพการวิจัยไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this study were to investigate the needs of secondary school English teachers in educational region one for research competency development and needs for methods of research competency development, ant to compare secondary school English teachers’ needs for research competency development and needs for methods of research competency development according to their training, their participation in seminar, and their study of research and statistic for the research purpose. The findings were as follows : 1. The needs of secondary school English teachers in educational region one for research competency development and the need for methods of research competency development were at the low level. 2. The needs for research competency development of secondary school English teachers in educational region one who were trained, or participated in seminar, and studied of research and statistic for the research purpose were not statistically different from those who were not trained, or participated in seminar, and studied of research and statistic for the research purpose at 0.05 level of significance. 3. The needs for methods of research competency development of secondary school English teachers in educational region one who were trained on doing research were statistically different from those who were not trained at 0.05 level of significance, while those who were trained on statistic for the research purpose, or participated in seminar on research and statistic for the research purpose, and studied of research and statistic for the research purpose were not statistically different from those who did not get the mentioned experiences at 0.05 level of significance. | en_US |
