| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงผสมผสาน วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนามาตรฐานคุณวุฒิและรายละเอียดของหลักสูตรสาขานันทนาการ ระดับปริญญาตรี ตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2552 การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณขั้นตอนที่1 คือการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสาขานันทนาการระดับปริญญาตรี จากการสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 3 กลุ่ม คือ (1) ผู้ผลิตบัณฑิตสาขานันทนาการระดับปริญญาตรีจำนวน 96 คน (2) ผู้ใช้หลักสูตรนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 จำนวน 242 คน (3) ผู้ใช้บัณฑิตจำนวน 1,180 คน และสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิสาขานันทนาการจำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา 0.96 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การกระจาย ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดย การพัฒนามาตรฐานคุณวุฒิสาขานันทนาการ ระดับปริญญาตรีตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2552 โดยการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ นักวิชาการ คณาจารย์และผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เกี่ยวข้องสาขานันทนาการทั่วประเทศจำนวน 65 คน ขั้นตอนที่3 การนำมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับปริญญาตรีสาขานันทนาการ (มคอ.1) สู่การปฏิบัติโดยการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการจัดทำรายละเอียดของหลักสูตรสาขาวิชานันทนาการ (มคอ.2) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า “มาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับปริญญาตรีสาขานันทนาการ (มคอ.1)” มีลักษณะเฉพาะด้านของสาขานันทนาการคือ 1) ประกอบด้วย 7 สาขาวิชาคือ (1) สาขาวิชานันทนาการ (2) สาขาวิชาการจัดการนันทนาการ (3) สาขาวิชานันทนาการเชิงพาณิชย์ (4) สาขาวิชานันทนาการกลางแจ้ง (5) สาขาวิชาทรัพยากรนันทนาการ (6) สาขาวิชานันทนาการและการท่องเที่ยว (7) สาขาวิชานันทนาการบำบัด 2) มีมาตรฐานผลการเรียนรู้ของบัณฑิต 5 ด้านคือ ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ด้านความรู้ ด้านทักษะทางปัญญา ด้านทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล และความด้านรับผิดชอบ ทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสารและการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 3) เนื้อหา สาระสำคัญของสาขานันทนาการมี 7 กลุ่มคือ (1) แนวคิดพื้นฐานด้านนันทนาการ (2) ความเป็นวิชาชีพด้านนันทนาการ (3) ระบบการให้บริการ (4) การวางแผนโปรแกรมทางนันทนาการ (5) การบริหารจัดการ (6) ด้านกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องและ (7) ฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ รายละเอียดของหลักสูตรสาขาวิชานันทนาการ (มคอ.2) มีจำนวนหน่วยกิตตลอดหลักสูตรไม่น้อยกว่า 136 มีมาตรฐานผลการเรียนรู้ของบัณฑิต 5 ด้าน และมีรายวิชาบังคับที่ต้องเรียนทุกสาขาวิชา 7 รายวิชาซึ่งสอดคล้องกับ มคอ.1 และตรงตามเกณฑ์ของมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับปริญญาตรีสาขานันทนาการ |
| Other Abstract: | This study aimed to develop qualification standard and specification for bachelor’s degree in recreation based on the Thai qualification framework for higher education B.E. 2552 (TQF). The mixed methods research both quantitative and qualitative techniques, were employed utilizes and following processes which were (1) studying the guidelines in developing qualification standard and specification for bachelor’s degree in recreation B.E.2552. In this stage, data were collected from 4 groups in order to evaluate recreation curriculum from 96 lecturers or academic staffs, 242 senior students of recreation program, 1,180 employers whom the graduates working with, and 10 educational scholars in the field of recreation. Questionnaire was designed with Likert’s Scale with Alpha 0.96 validity point. Statistical analysis was employed in term of percentage, mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variation. (2) The second process was the qualitative process, aimed to develop the qualification standard by conducting a seminar workshop with 65 participants including experts, scholars, and lecturers in recreational fields. (3) In the third stage was implementation stage, participants who were 60 faculty members recreation program of implementing workshop seminar for the standard (TQF1) into the curriculum (TQF2). Results of the study revealed that: A Qualification Framework in the Recreation program (TQF1) curriculum was 7 programs were Respectively : (1) Recreation (2) Management (3) Commercial Recreation (4) Outdoor Recreation (5) Recreational Resources (6) Recreation and Tourism (7) Therapeutic Recreation and it composed of 5 domains of learning:(1) Ethics and Mora (2) Knowledge (3) Cognitive Skill (4) Interpersonal Skills and Responsibility and (5) Numerical Analysis, Communication and Information Technology Skills. The major contents of the recreation were included The Recreation program specifications (TQF.2) has 136 credits and 7 required subjects in core course. After the critical hearing process, all specialists were confirmed the proposed of qualification standard and specification for bachelor’s degree in recreation program. |
