dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะของครูประถมศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครในยุคโลกาภิวัฒน์ ด้านบุคลิกภาพ ด้านสมรรถภาพทางวิชาชีพ และด้านคุณธรรม ตามการรับรู้ของตนเอง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครูประถมศึกษามีคุณลักษณะด้านบุคลิกภาพ (รูปลักษณ์) อยู่ในระดับมากทุกข้อ เช่น เป็นคนรักธรรมชาติ รักเพื่อนมนุษย์ รักศิลปะ ส่วนด้านบุคลิกภาพ (กิจลักษณ์) ที่ปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากมีทุกข้อ เช่น กระตือรือร้นและตื่นตัวอยู่เสมอกับการรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารอย่างรวดเร็วและถูกต้อง ยกเว้น การปรับตัวและการอยู่ร่วมกับคนต่างชาติต่างวัฒนธรรมได้อย่างสันติ ที่ครูประถมศึกษาปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนด้านสมรรถภาพทางวิชาชีพ ครูมีสมรรถภาพทางวิชาชีพอยู่ในระดับมากทุกข้อ เช่น กระตุ้นชี้นำ ให้กำลังใจในการสร้างวินัยและความต้องการในการเรียนรู้ต่อไป ยกเว้น การทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนเพื่อค้นหาเทคนิคกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ที่ครูประถมศึกษาปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนภาษาต่างประเทศเข้าใจวิธีการใช้อุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ด้วยตนเอง เช่น คอมพิวเตอร์ในการเรียนการสอน ที่ครูประถมศึกษาปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับน้อย ด้านคุณธรรมครูมีคุณธรรมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกข้อ เช่นภูมิใจในความเป็นไทย ผสมผสานสิ่งที่ดีงานแบบไทยกับสิ่งที่ดีงามจากวัฒนธรรมอื่น ยกเว้น การเป็นผู้มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริตต่อหน้าที่และความจริงใจต่อผู้อื่น ที่ครูประถมศึกษาปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดen_US
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe personality (appearance) of the elementary school teachers that practiced at high level were love of nature, mankinds and art. The personality (performance), the teachers were high active and alert in obtaining rapid and corrected informations. The practice at moderate level was adaptation to live peacefully with foreigner and different culture. The competence practice at high level was to stimulate suggestion, and support in continuing to be educated. The practice at moderate level was to do research in classroom to find more efficient learning and teaching as technical. Ethics integrity to duty and honesty to the other were most practised. Proud of being Thai and ability to blend the Thai culture with the other cultural were practised at high level.en_US
