dc.description.abstractวัตถุประสงค์หลักของการวิจัย คือ การศึกษาบทบาทของโรงเรียนสตรีศรีสุริโยทัยในการขัดเกลาทางสังคม 4 ด้าน ด้านการปลูกฝังระเบียบวินัย ด้านการปลูกฝังความมุ่งหวัง ด้านการสอนให้รู้จักบทบาททางสังคม และด้านการสอนให้เกิดทักษะหรือความชำนาญพิเศษ โดยมีข้อสมมติฐาน 5 ข้อ ดังนี้ 1. ในระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ครูอาจารย์ขัดเกลาด้านการปลูกฝังระเบียบวินัยมากกว่าด้านอื่นๆ 2. ในระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ครูอาจารย์ขัดเกลาด้านการสอนให้เกิดทักษะมากว่าด้านอื่นๆ 3. ครูอาจารย์หญิงขัดเกลามากกว่าครูอาจารย์ชาย 4. ครูอาจารย์ที่มีอายุน้อยกว่า 40 ปี ขัดเกลามากกว่าครูอาจารย์ที่มีอายุมากกว่า 40 ปี และ 5. อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาจะขัดเกลามากกว่าครูอาจารย์ประเภทอื่นๆ เครื่องมือสำคัญที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามที่เก็บรวบรวมจากครูอาจารย์โรงเรียนสตรีศรีสุริโยทัย จำนวน 96 คน ในการพิสูจน์ข้อสมมติฐาน ใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ([mean]) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครูอาจารย์ที่สอนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นและครูอาจารย์ที่สอนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ครูอาจารย์ชายและครูอาจารย์หญิง ครูอาจารย์หญิงที่มีอายุน้อยกว่า 40 ปี และครูอาจารย์ที่มีอายุมากกว่า 40 ปี อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาและครูอาจารย์ทั่วไปขัดเกลาทั้ง 4 ด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe main objective of this research was to investigate the role of Streesrisuriyothai School in 4 socialization processes : disciplines, aspirations, social roles, and skills. There were 5 hypotheses as followed : 1. In the upper secondary school level disciplines were more emphasized than other aspects 2. In the lower secondary school level teachers emphasized more in the area of skills. 3. Female teachers socialized pupils more than male teachers 4. Teachers under 40 years old socialized pupils more than those of over 40 years old, and 5. Advisors socialized pupils more than other teachers. The most significant research tool were questionnaires collected from 96 school teachers. In order to test the hypotheses, the mean, standard deviation and t-test were employed. The findings showed that teachers of the upper and lower secondary school, levels, female and male teachers, teachers under and over 40 years old, advisors and general teachers socialized all 4 aspects undifferently and unsignificantly at .05 level.-
