| Abstract: | วิทยานิพนธ์นี้ผู้เขียนได้พยายามนำ "ความคิด" ที่เพิ่ง "นำเข้า" จากโลกตะวันตกคือ "วาทกรรมมองบี เซล สุโก (Michel Foucault1ร idea of Discourse) และแนวคิด "หลังสมัยใหม่" (idea of Postmodernism) มาปรับใช้กับการศึกษาเรื่องไทยโดยใช้กรณีของ "คุณสุวรรณ" และ "ผลงาน" ของเธอ คุณสุวรรณเป็นกวีหญิงซึ่งมีชีวิตอยู่ในช่วงรัตนโกสินทร์ตอนต้น ผลงานที่มีชื่อเสียงของเธอคือ "บทละครเรื่องอุณรุทร้อยเรื่อง” งานทั้งสองชิ้นของเธอได้รับการ "ตีตรา" จากหอสมุดวชิรญาณฯ ว่าเป็น "บทบ้าของคนบ้า" เนื่องจากการใช้ "คำ” และ "วิธีการแต่ง" ที่มีรูปแบบที่แตกต่างอย่างเห็นได้ชัดจาก "วรรณกรรมมาตรฐาน" ซึ่งถือเป็น "อำนาจ" อย่างหนึ่งของ "ราชสำนัก" ในสมัยนั้น ทุกวันนี้ข้อกล่าวหาที่ว่าคุณสุวรรณ "บ้า" หรือ "ไม่บ้า" ยังเป็นที่ถกเถียงกันอยู่ อย่างไรก็ตามสิ่งที่จะนำมาใช้เป็นหลักฐานพิสูจน์ยืนยันตัวของเธอได้จบสิ้นไปพร้อมกับการตายของเธอ มีเพียงแต่ "ผลงาน" ไม่กี่ชิ้นของเธอเท่านั้นที่ "ผู้อ่าน" ในปัจจุบันจะใช้ในการทำความเข้าใจตัวเธอ และจากการทำความเข้าใจกับผลงานของเธอโดยใช้ "แนวคิด" ที่ได้กล่าวมาแล้วไม่ปรากฎว่า "คุณสุวรรณบ้าแต่อย่างใด" คุณสุวรรณในฐานะ "ตัวตนทางประวัติศาสตร์" และ "ตัวตนที่ถูกตีความจากผลงานของเธอ” จึงอาจมีความเหมือน หรือแตกตางกันก็ได้ สิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นเป็นผลของการตอสู้กัน ระหว่าง "วาทกรรม” ซึ่งมีความสัมพันธ์อย่างใกล้ชิดกับ "อำนาจ/ความรู้" ดังข้อสรุปที่ว่าผู้ใดสามารถ "ผลิต” และ "ทาให้" วาทกรรมนั้นเป็นที่ยอมรับของคนในสังคมได้ผู้นั้นคือ "ผู้มีอานาจ" |
| Other Abstract: | This thesis is an attempt to apply Western ideas of Postmodernism and Michel Foucault's idea of Discourse to study Thai "marginal" literature of Khun Suwan, namely, Pra Ma Lae Tae Tai and Unnarut Roi Reang. Khun Suwan is a female poet who lived in the early Bangkok period. Her "Pra Ma Lae Tae Tai" and "Unnarut Roi Reang" were "condemned" by the authority, the Washirayan Library, as "the works of the insane". The reason ii due to the fact that both of her works did not conform with the royal literature standard. As a result, the state treated such deviant literature as insanity and absurdity. The study found that Khun Suwan intended to compose her parodied works as a challenge to the royal literature discourse. Her intention therefore should not be regarded as an act of insanity. |
