| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาการจัดประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู สำหรับนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยครูวิชาเอกอนุบาล ในด้านการวางแผน การดำเนินงาน ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะ ผลการวิจัย: ผู้บริหารระดับกรรมการอำนวยการเป็นผู้วางแผนและกำหนดนโยบายในการจัดประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู ผู้บริหารระดับกรรมการดำเนินงานเป็นผู้จัดอาจารย์นิเทศก็จัดกระบวนการนิเทศและประเมินผล ผู้บริหารและอาจารย์นิเทศก์ก็มีปัญหาด้านพาหนะในการออกนิเทศและความไม่คล่องตัวในการดำเนินงาน นักศึกษามีปัญหาด้านความเข้าใจที่สับสนเกี่ยวกับการจัดประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูขั้นตอนต่าง ๆ ขอเสนอแนะของผู้บริหาร อาจารย์นิเทศ และนักศึกษาคือ 1. ภาควิชาอนุบาลควรมีอิสระในการจัดประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู 2. ควรจัดตารางเวลาออกนิเทศของอาจารย์ให้ตรงกันเพื่อความสะดวกใน 3. วิทยาลัยครูควรหาวิธีการทำความเข้าใจกับนักศึกษาเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนในการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูตลอดหลักสูตร |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the organization of professional experience for teachers' college students majoring in Early Childhood Education concerning the planning, the executing of the program, problems and suggestions. Findings: College administrators were responsible for planning and policy making. Professional experience committee was responsible for assigning supervisors, taking care of the whole process of the professional experience program and evaluation. Problems of administrators and supervisors were inadequate means of transportation and bureaucratic red tape. Unclear understanding of the professional experience process was the students' problem. Suggestions of administrators supervisors and students were: 1) Early Childhood Education Departments should be allowed to have free hands in organizing. the whole professional experience program, 2) to facilitate the transportation arrangement the supervisors 'schedules should be the same, 3) teacher's colleges should find effective ways to inform the students of stages of the professional. experience program throughout the curriculum. |
