| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหาร ครูที่ปรึกษา และครูผู้สอน ชั้น ประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2, 4 และ 6 ในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน เพื่อพัฒนาประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดราชบุรี ผลการวิจัย พบว่า โดยส่วนรวมแล้ว ผู้บริหาร ครูที่ปรึกษา และครูผู้สอนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 , 4 และ 6 ได้ปฏิบัติบทบาทในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนเพื่อพัฒนาประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาทั้ง 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านการเตรียมการจัดกิจกรรม ด้านการดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรม และด้านการประเมินผลการจัดกิจกรรม อยู่ในระดับที่น่าพอใจ คือ ได้ปฏิบัติบทบาทอยู่ในระดับ“ ปฏิบัติเกือบเป็นประจำ” ในทุกด้าน ยกเว้นครูผู้สอนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ได้ปฏิบัติบทบาท ในการฝึกฝนนักเรียนให้มีวิถีชีวิตประชาธิปไตยด้านคารวะธรรมอยู่ในระดับ“ ปฏิบัติเป็นประจำ” |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research was to study the roles of school administrators, student activity advisors and prathom 2, 4 and 6 teachers for promoting democracy in elementary schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Ratchaburi Provincial Primary Education. Findings: It was found that as a whole school administrators, student activity advisor and prathom 2, 4 and 6 teachers performed the roles for promoting democracy in elementary schools in all three aspects namely preparation for organizing activities, organizing activities and evaluating activities at the satisfactory level. Their role performances in all aspects were rated as "almost regular" except prathom 2 teachers’ roles who reported that they inculcated democratic way of life in students regularly. |
