| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาบทบาทด้านสาธารณสงเคราะห์ของพระสงฆ์ในบริบทของพุทธศาสนาเพื่อสังคม 2) ศึกษาการดำเนินกิจกรรมสาธารณสงเคราะห์วิถีพุทธของพระสังฆาธิการและภาคีเครือข่ายภายใต้กรอบที่มหาเถรสมาคมกำหนดไว้ 4 รูปแบบ คือ สงเคราะห์ เกื้อกูล พัฒนา บูรณาการ และ 3) เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางการทำงานสาธารณสงเคราะห์วิถีพุทธในอนาคตของคณะสงฆ์ไทย โดยกำหนดขอบเขตการวิจัย 3 ส่วน คือ 1) ขอบเขตเชิงเนื้อหา กิจกรรมสาธารณสงเคราะห์วิถีพุทธ 4 รูปแบบ ตามที่กล่าวในข้อ 2 จากพระสงฆ์ไทยในอดีตและปัจจุบัน 2) ขอบเขตเชิงพื้นที่ เพื่อศึกษาความเหมือน ความต่างและปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินกิจกรรม วัดที่กำหนดเป็นพื้นที่ศึกษา ได้แก่ (1) วัดห้วยหมู จังหวัดราชบุรี (2) วัดม่วงตารศ จังหวัดนครปฐม (3) วัดญาณเวศกวัน จังหวัดนครปฐม และ (4) วัดสวนแก้ว จังหวัดนนทบุรี 3) ขอบเขตเชิงประชากร กลุ่มเป้าหมายหลักจาก 4 วัดที่ได้กำหนดไว้ในขอบเขตเชิงพื้นที่ รูปแบบการวิจัยใช้วิธีการวิจัยภาคสนาม ประกอบด้วยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการวิเคราะห์เอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสรุปองค์ความรู้และแนวคิดการทำงานสาธารณสงเคราะห์วิถีพุทธ บทบาทสังคหธุระและพุทธศาสนาเพื่อสังคม เครื่องมือการวิจัยภาคสนามประกอบด้วยแบบบันทึกการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมและแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาโดยอิงกรอบแนวคิดทฤษฎีที่กำหนดไว้ในการศึกษาเพื่อสร้างข้อสรุปแบบอุปนัย สรุปผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) การดำเนินกิจกรรมสาธารณสงเคราะห์ใน 4 พื้นที่เป้าหมายการศึกษา มีแนวทางที่สอดคล้องตามกรอบการดำเนินงานที่ฝ่ายสาธารณสงเคราะห์ของมหาเถรสมาคมได้กำหนดไว้ซึ่งมีความโดดเด่นต่างกันไป 2) การดำเนินกิจกรรมสาธารณสงเคราะห์ของพระครูจันทสีลากร พระครูโกวิทสุตสาร และพระราชธรรมนิเทศ เป็นแนวทางที่สอดคล้องไปตามแนวคิดสังคหธุระ 3)การดำเนินกิจกรรมสาธารณสงเคราะห์ของกลุ่มอาสาคิลานธรรม เป็นแนวทางที่สอดคล้องไปตามแนวคิดพุทธศาสนาเพื่อสังคม 4) การดำเนินกิจกรรมของวัดห้วยหมู วัดม่วงตารศ และวัดสวนแก้ว ยังขาดการพัฒนาสังฆพัฒนาทายาท การพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ และการพัฒนาภาคีเครือข่าย ดังนั้นกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ จึงตั้งอยู่บนความเสี่ยงด้านความยั่งยืน 5)การดำเนินกิจกรรมของกลุ่มอาสาคิลานธรรมดำเนินไปอย่างมีระบบ มีหลักการที่ชัดเจน ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต้องผ่านการอบรมและการสั่งสมประสบการณ์ จึงเป็นแนวทางที่มุ่งไปสู่ความยั่งยืน 6) การดำเนินกิจกรรมสาธารณสงเคราะห์ของสงฆ์จะยั่งยืนได้ต้องมีการพัฒนาความรู้ความเข้าใจในการการสาธารณสงเคราะห์ การพัฒนาศาสนทายาทและการพัฒนาภาคีเครือข่าย 7) การดำเนินกิจกรรมสาธารณสงเคราะห์ที่ได้ประสิทธิผล ผู้ทำกิจกรรมควรมีคุณลักษณะของจิตอาสา |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research are as follows: 1) to study the public welfare role of Buddhist monks in the context of engaged Buddhism, 2) to study the public welfare management of Sangha administrators and network partners under four operational frames as defined by The Sangha Supreme Council of Thailand; i.e. aids, support, development and integration, and 3) to suggest guidelines regarding future public welfare engaged Buddhism of the monks under three scopes of the study, namely 1) Content: studies as scoped at 2) from three revered monks in the former and contemporary times 2) Area: temples, communities, working groups and network partners – all involved with the monks’ public welfare covering four types in order to differentiate similarities, differences and factors affecting activities as defined. The temples scoped for the studies were, 3) Population: four temples as specified in the scope of area. This research was carried out by way of field research, consisting of analysis of documents and other relevant studies to form explicit knowledge and proper guidelines for engaged Buddhism, relationship models between temples and communities, roles of Buddhism in society. The methods include: a record form for participatory observation, a form of structured interviews, contextual data analyses based on theories specified for the study in order to form inductive conclusions The study results reveal that: 1) The public welfare operational activities in the four defined areas were in line with the frames as outlined by the Sangha Supreme Council of Thailand; each of which had its own outstanding character: Provost/Phrakru Chanthasilakorn, Huaymu Temple – aids, Provost/Phrakru Kovitsutasarn, MuangtarosTemple – benevolence, Phrarachadhammanithate (Phayom Kalayano), Suan Kaew Temple – integration of various activities. 2)The public welfare operational activities of the three monks as mentioned at No.1. went along with Buddhist functions; i.e. interacting closely with communities; thus, patterns of engaged Buddhism were consistent with problems and needs of such communities. 3)The public welfare operational activities of the Kilandhamma Buddhist Network carried out in the same direction of engaged Buddhism, that is aggressive operational activities, applying Dharma into society leading people to adjust themselves to social changes prior to problems of livelihood. 4) Lack of trained Sangkha heirs for engaged Buddhism, of explicit knowledge and network development were found in the operational activities of three temples: Huaymu, Muangtaros and Suan Kaew. This may lead to a risk of sustainability. 5)The operational activities of Kilandhamma Buddhist Network were systematically carried out with obvious principles; i.e. participants in activities need to be trained and accumulate experiences. Thus, the operations could be developed to sustainability. To reach sustainability, engaged Buddhism activities need to be clearly understood, development of trained Sangkha heirs and network. Effective engaged Buddhism needs participants with public mind. |
