| Abstract: | ประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีอรรถประโยชน์พหุลักษณ์ในการจัดลำดับความสำคัญ ของรูปแบบโครงการอาหารกลางวันในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา เปรียบเทียบอรรถประโยชน์ของการจัดโครงการอาหารกลางวันตามรูปแบบต่างๆ ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาและตรวจสอบผลการประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีอรรถประโยชน์พหุลักษณ์ โดยพิจารณาจากสัมฤทธิผลของกระบวนการใช้ความน่าเชื่อถือของข้อมูลที่ได้ และการยอมรับในผลที่ได้จากผู้เกี่ยวข้อง รูปแบบของโครงการอาหารกลางวันที่นำมาจัดเรียงลำดับความสำคัญมี 5 รูปแบบ ได้แก่ แบบครัวกลาง แบบโรงเรียนจัดบริการเอง แบบโรงเรียนจัดจ้างผู้ประกอบอาหารโดยการกำกับของโรงเรียน แบบให้พ่อค้าแม่ค้าเข้ามาขายและแบบให้นักเรียนนำอาหารมาจากบ้าน ประชากรคือ โรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาอำเภอเนินสง่า จังหวัดชัยภูมิ จำนวน 17 โรงเรียน การวิจัยนี้ใช้กระบวนการกลุ่มในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือที่วิจัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติภาคบรรยาย และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. คุณลักษณะที่ใช้ในการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของรูปแบบโครงการอาหารกลางวัน ประกอบด้วยคุณลักษณะรอง 16 ประการ ซึ่งอยู่ภายใต้คุณลักษณะหลัก 4 ประการ คือ 1) ด้านการศึกษา 2) ด้านการบริหารและดำเนินงาน 3) ด้านอาหารและโภชนาการ และ 4) ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน 2. รูปแบบโครงการอาหารกลางวันที่มีอรรถประโยชน์รวมสูงสุดคือ แบบโรงเรียนจัดบริการเอง รองลงมาคือ แบบโรงเรียนจัดจ้างผู้ประกอบอาหารโดยการกำกับของโรงเรียน แบบครัวกลาง แบบให้พ่อค้าแม่ค้าเข้ามาขาย และแบบให้นักเรียนนำอาหารมาจากบ้าน ตามลำดับ 3. ผู้มีส่วนร่วมในกระบวนการ มีความคิดเห็นต่อเทคนิคเอ็มเอยูทีในด้านวิธีการปฏิบัติ ด้านผลการตัดสินของการเลือกรูปแบบโครงการอาหารกลางวัน และด้านความพึงพอใจ อยู่ในระดับมาก |
| Other Abstract: | To apply multi-attribute utility theory (MAUT) to prioritize the types of school lunch program of elementary schools, to compare the utility of the school lunch programs among different types of the program, and to study the results of the application of MAUT in the selection of school lunch program in terms of the practicality, credibility, and acceptability of the technique. The types of school lunch program which were studied in this research were classified as (1) main kitchen, (2) self-management by school, (3) employing the chef to cook for students under the control of school, (4) allowing other people to sell food in school, (5) carrying food to school from home. The sample of this study consisted of 17 schools in Amphur Noen Sa-nga Chaiyaphum province. Nominal Group Technique was the group process used in this study to collect information from the participants who were school teachers and supervisors. Questionnaire was used as an instrument in the study. Content analysis and descriptive statistics were employed. The results of the study were as follows : 1. Sixteen sub-attributes were used in the prioritization of the types of school lunch program under four major attributes: (1) educational attribute, (2) administrative and management attribute, (3) nutrition attribute, and (4) community relationship attribute. 2. The types of school lunch program yielded mostly utility was self-management by school, followed by employing the chef to cook for students under the control of school, main kitchen, allowing other people to sell food in school, and carying food to school from home, respectively. 3. The participants in the process were satisfied with the application of MAUT in the selection of the most utility school lunch program. They thought the result was justified and it was ease of use |
