dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการและแนวทางในการเพิ่มสมรรถภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ เขตการศึกษา 7 ตัวอย่างประชากร คือ ครูผู้สอนวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ จำนวน 233 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามเพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับความต้องการในการเพิ่มสมรรถภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ และแบบฟอร์มแนวทางในการสัมภาษณ์ เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับแนวทางในการเพิ่มสมรรถภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ครูวิทยาศาสตร์มีความต้องการเพิ่มสมรรถภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนทั้ง 6 ด้าน ในระดับมาก สมรรถภาพที่ครูวิทยาศาสตร์ต้องการเพิ่มมากเป็นอันดับแรกในแต่ละด้าน มีดังนี้ 1) ด้านหลักสูตรและการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์ ได้แก่ ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเทคนิคการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์ 2) ด้านเนื้อหาวิทยาศาสตร์ ได้แก่ ความรู้เกี่ยวกับความก้าวหน้าทางวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี 3) ด้านการสอนทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ได้แก่ การสอนทักษะการทดลอง 4) ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์ ได้แก่ ความสามารถในการสร้างโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนวิทยาศาสตร์ 5) ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์ ได้แก่ ความสามารถในการสร้างแบบวัดเจตคติทางวิทยาศาสตร์ 6) ด้านการทำวิจัยและความรู้ความสามารถทั่วไป ได้แก่ ความรู้ ความสามารถในการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน 2. วิธีการเพิ่มสมรรถภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูวิทยาศาสตร์เรียงตามลำดับความถี่จากสูงสุดลงไป คือ การจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ การอภิปราย การสาธิตการสอน การศึกษาดูงาน การทำกิจกรรมกลุ่ม การจัดค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์สำหรับครูวิทยาศาสตร์ การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางวิชาการ การจัดบรรยายทางวิชาการ การจัดประชุม สัมมนาและการจัดทำเอกสารเกี่ยวกับความก้าวหน้าทางวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีเผยแพร่ไปตามโรงเรียนหรือให้โรงเรียนรับวารสารเกี่ยวกับวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีเป็นประจำ	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study needs and guidelines for enhancing instructional competencies of lower secondary school science teachers under the Office of the National Primary Education Commission in educational region seven. The sample used in this research were 233 science teachers. The research instruments were questionnaires for collecting data about needs for enhancing instructional competencies of science teachers and interview guidelines form for collecting data about guidelines for enhancing instructional competencies of science teachers. The obtained data were analyzed by means of percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1. Science teachers' needs for enhancing the instructional competencies of six aspects were at high level, the first enhancing need of each aspect of the instructional competencies were 1) In the aspect of curriculum and science teaching: knowledge and understanding about science teaching techniques. 2) In the aspect of contents of science: knowledge about advances in science and technology. 3) In the aspect of science process skills teaching: experimenting skill teaching. 4) In the aspect of science instructional media: the capability to create computer assisted instruction. 5) In the aspect of science measurement and evaluation: the capability to create the instrument for measuring scientific attitudes. And 6) In the aspect of research, general knowledge and ability: knowledge and capability to do the classroom research. 2. The way for enhancing science teachers' instructional competencies should be done in form of workshop, disscussion, teaching demonstration, group activities, academic activity participation, lecture, field trip, science camping, conference, seminar and producing document science and technology progress to distribute to schools or to have the schools often received science and technology journal respectively.	en
