dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาถึงวิธีการสื่อสารของผู้ดำเนินรายการสถานีวิทยุชุมชนบ้านจำรุง การสื่อสารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ฟังรายการ และปัจจัยทีมีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของสถานีวิทยุชุมชนที่ส่งผลต่อการฟังและการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมสาธารณะต่าง ๆ ที่เผยแพร่ผ่านทางสถานีวิทยุชุมชนบ้านจำรุง โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม และสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกกับผู้ดำเนินรายการ ผู้ฟังรายการ และผู้นำชุมชน จำนวน 43 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. วิธีการสื่อสารของผู้ดำเนินรายการ ประกอบด้วย 1) รูปแบบการสื่อสาร ได้แก่ การสื่อสารสองทาง และลักษณะการใช้ภาษาแบบก่งทางการ 2) ภาษาที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ภาษาระยอง, ภาษากลาง และภาษาอีสาน 3) ความน่าสนใจจองกานำเสนอ ได้แก่ การพูดไปเรื่อยๆ, เพลงพื้นบ้าน, กลอน, สปอตประกอบรายการ, การสัมภาษณ์ผู้ร่วมรายการ และความตลกขบขัน 2. การสื่อสารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ฟังรายการ พบว่า 1) ผู้ฟังมีส่วนร่วมในฐานะผู้รับสาร ได้แก่ การใช้โทรศัพท์การเข้าไปพูดคุยในขณะออกอากาศ และการบอกผ่านผู้ดำเนินรายการ 2. ผู้ฟังมีส่วนร่วมในฐานะผู้ส่ง /ผู้ผลิต /ผู้ร่วมผลิต ได้แก่ ผู้ฟังเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในฐานะผู้ส่งสาร ผู้ฟังเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในฐานผู้ผลิตหรือผู้ดำเนินรายการ และผู้ฟังเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในฐานะผู้ร่วมผลิต 3) การมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมที่ได้รับการเผยแพร่ผ่านทางวิทยุชุมชนบ้านจำรุง ได้แก่ การมีส่วนร่วมในขั้นช่วยงานทั่วไป และการมีส่วนร่วมในขั้นวางแผนกำหนดรูปแบบกิจกรรม 3. ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของสถานีวิทยุชุมชนที่ส่งผลต่อการผังวิทยุชุมชนบ้านจำรุง ได้แก่ ความรู้สึกเป็นเจ้าของ การเป็นสื่อกลางในชุมน การได้รับประโยชน์ วิทยุชุมชนเป็นเรื่องใกล้ตัว ผู้ดำเนินรายการเป็นคนในชุมชน ประชาชนมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อวิทยุชุมชน และรายการของสถานีวิทยุชุมชนสอดคล้องกับอาชีพและวิธีชีวิตของคนในชุมชน ปัจจัยอื่นที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมที่ได้รับการเผยแพร่ผ่านทางวิทยุชุมชนบ้านจำรุง ได้แก่ ความรู้สึกว่าวิทยุชุมชนเป็นของคนในชุมชนอยากช่วยเหลือเป็นการตอบแทน ความสามัคคีในชุมชน ผู้นำชุมชน และความต้องการให้สถานีวิทยุชุมชนบ้านจำรุงและชุมชนเป็นที่รู้จักมากยิ่งขึ้น	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this research were to study the communication method of the announcers of Bann Jum-roong community radio station, participatory communication of the listeners and factors affecting their listening and participation in public activities. It is the qualitative research carried out by means of nonparticipant observation, and in = depth interviews with radio announcers, listeners and community leaders. The total number of interviewees was 43. The findings of the research were as follows: 1. Method of communication of the announcers : 1) Pattern of communication ; it is two-way and semi-formal communication 2) Colloquial expression ; Rayong, Central and Norltheast 3) Attractive presentation ; live tal, folk song, rhyme, radio spot, interview and comedy.2. Participatory communication of the listeners : 1) Listeners as receivers ; telephone call, live conversation and face – to face communication (when they met the announcers somewhere) 2) Listeners as senders/co-producers ; announcers, producers and co-producers of the radio programs 3) Listeners’ participation in public activities ; general assistance and action planning. 3. Factors affecting the listening of Bann Jum – roong community radio listeners : feeling of ownership, community radio as community medium, advantages, proximity, anno0uncers were local people, positive attitude toward community radio and the radio programs corresponded to w3asy of earning for living and life of the people. Factors affecting listeners’ participation in public activeties : grateful to the radio as community belonging, community unity, community leaders and the desire to promote the community radio to outside public.	en_US
