dc.description.abstract	งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือของคนรัก กับความพึงพอใจในความสัมพันธ์ โดยมีความขัดแย้งจากการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือเป็นตัวแปรส่งผ่าน และการสื่อสารเชิงสร้างสรรค์เป็นตัวแปรกํากับ ผู้เข้าร่วมงานวิจัยคือนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัย อายุ 18 - 25 ปี ที่กำลังมีความสัมพันธ์แบบคู่รักต่างเพศเป็นระยะเวลาอย่างน้อย 1 เดือน จำนวน 331 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ มาตรวัดความพึงพอใจในความสัมพันธ์ (α=.71) มาตรวัดพฤติกรรมการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือ (α=.90) มาตรวัดความขัดแย้งจากการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือ (α=.89) และมาตรวัดการสื่อสารเชิงสร้างสรรค์ (α=.84) วิเคราะห์ตัวแปรส่งผ่านและตัวแปรกำกับด้วยวิธีตรวจสอบตัวแปรส่งผ่านอย่างมีเงื่อนไข (mediated moderation) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พฤติกรรมการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือของคนรัก มีอิทธิพลทางลบต่อความพึงพอใจในความสัมพันธ์ (β = -.04, p < .05) โดยมีความขัดแย้งจากการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือเป็นตัวแปรส่งผ่าน (β= -.17, p < .05) และการสื่อสารเชิงสร้างสรรค์ เป็นตัวแปรกำกับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความขัดแย้งจากการใช้โทรศัพท์และความพึงพอใจในความสัมพันธ์ (β = .12, p < .05) หรืออาจกล่าวได้ว่าการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือของคนรักมีแนวโน้มจะทำให้เกิดความขัดแย้งระหว่างคู่รัก และส่งผลให้เกิดความไม่พึงพอใจในความสัมพันธ์ได้ แต่หากคู่รักแก้ไขความขัดแย้งโดยใช้การสื่อสารเชิงสร้างสรรค์ ก็จะช่วยลดปัญหาความไม่พึงพอใจในความสัมพันธ์ลงได้	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	This study aimed to examine the moderating effect of constructive communication on the association between cell phone conflict and relationship satisfaction and the mediating effect of cell phone conflict the association between pphubbing and relationship satisfaction. The samples were 331 undergraduate students who is between 18 - 25 years old and were in a relationship at least 1 month. The questionnaires used in this study are the Relationship Assessment Scale (α=.71), the Pphubbing Scale (α=.90), the Cell Phone Conflict Scale (α=.89), and the Constructive Communication (α=.84). Mediated moderation was used to analyze the data. The results have shown that pphubbing has shown negative relationship with relationship satisfaction (β = -.04, p < .05). Cell phone conflict significantly mediated pphubbing and relationship satisfaction (β= -.17, p < .05). Moreover, constructive communication significantly moderated cell phone conflict and relationship satisfaction (β = .12, p < .05). Namely, pphubbing is likely to cause cell phone conflict and follow by relationship dissatisfaction. If, however, couples communicate with constructive communication, relationship dissatisfaction would be decreased.	en_US
