dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากรอบแนวคิดการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำและภาวะผู้นำแบบโลกาภิวัตน์ 2) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ 3) พัฒนากลยุทธ์การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดการพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีภาวะผู้นำแบบโลกาภิวัตน์ ประชากรที่ศึกษาคือโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในโครงการพัฒนาประเทศไทยเป็นศูนย์กลางการศึกษาในภูมิภาค สังกัดคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 14 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการ รองผู้อำนวยการ หัวหน้าโครงการ หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระ และหัวหน้าระดับชั้น เครื่องมือเก็บข้อมูลคือแบบประเมินและแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ความถี่ ร้อยละ ดัชนีความตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ อัตราส่วนความตรงตามเนื้อหาของข้อคำถาม ดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาของแบบสอบถาม และดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นแบบปรับปรุง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กรอบแนวการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำ ประกอบด้วย การพัฒนาส่วนบุคคล การเข้าใจความคิดรวบยอด การพัฒนาทักษะ และการให้ข้อติชม และภาะผู้นำแบบโลกาภิวัตน์ ประกอบด้วยความรู้โลกาภิวัตน์ ลักษณะสำคัญ ทัศนคติและการปรับแนวคิด ทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล และทักษะระบบ 2) สภาพปัจจุบันในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก สภาพที่พึงประสงค์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงกว่าสภาพปัจจุบันในทุกแนวทาง 3) กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดการพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีภาวะผู้นำแบบโลกาภิวัตน์ ประกอบด้วย 4 กลยุทธ์หลัก ได้แก่ (1) เร่งรัดการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำแบบโลกาภิวัตน์โดยการพัฒนาส่วนบุคคล (2) เร่งการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำแบบโลกาภิวัตน์โดยการให้ข้อติชม (3) เสริมสร้างการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำแบบโลกาภิวัตน์โดยการพัฒนาทักษะ (4) ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำแบบโลกาภิวัตน์โดยการเข้าใจความคิดรวบยอด โดยมี 20 กลยุทธ์รอง และ 56 วิธีดำเนินการ
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives were 1) To study the conceptual framework of leadership development and global leadership. 2) To examine the current and desirable states. 3) To develop leadership development strategies. The populations were comprised of 14 secondary schools. The respondents were school directors and teachers. The research instruments consist of questionnaire and assessment forms. Data were analyzed by statistics to acquire mean, S.D., frequency, percentage, IOC, CVRi, CVI and PNImodified. The findings were as follows: 1) The leadership development was composed of personal growth, conceptual understanding, feedback and skill building, and global leadership was composed of global knowledge, threshold traits, attitudes and orientations, interpersonal skills and system skills. 2) The current and desirable states were at a high and the highest level. 3) Four key strategies include (1) Rush the development of leadership by Personal growth. (2) Hasten the development of leadership by Feedback. (3) Reinforce the development of leadership by Skill building. (4) Encourage the development of leadership by Conceptual understanding. There were 20 secondary strategies and 56 procedures.
