In this project, we find a criterion in which there exists a subgroup H of Zn being a perfect code in the graph Cay (Zn, Zxn). We also show that the subgroups SL₂(Fq), U, A and K are perfect codes of GL₂(Fq) and determine if they are total perfect codes.
