dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรม และวัตถุประสงค์การใช้งานโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ของวัยรุ่น และเพื่อทราบถึงเทคโนโลยีทางโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ที่ทำให้แบบแผนการสื่อสารในกลุ่มวัยรุ่นเปลี่ยนแปลงไป โดยมีการวิจัยในเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) ในรูปแบบของการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group) กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นวัยรุ่นอายุระหว่าง 13-21 ปี จำนวน 18 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีพฤติกรรมในการเลือกซื้อโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ ดังนี้ สอบถามเพื่อน สังเกตจากของเพื่อน ขอความเห็นจากผู้ปกครอง และศึกษาด้วยตนเอง ทางด้านพฤติกรรมในการใช้งานโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ เพื่อพูดคุย รับ-ส่งข้อความ และใช้เล่นเกม ฟังพลง ดาวน์โหลดมัลติมีเดียต่างๆ ด้านวัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้งานโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ใช้เพื่อการติดต่อสื่อสาร เพื่อควาามบันเทิง เพื่อเตือนความจำและเป็นนาฬิกาปลุก เพื่อการยอมรับทางสังคม และเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการมีพื้นที่ส่วนตัว ในด้านแบบแผนการใช้งานโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ ถึงแม้ว่าโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่จะมีเทคโนโลยีที่ใช้งานได้หลากหลาย แต่ในการสนทนากลุ่มนี้กลุ่มตัวอย่างไม่ได้มีการใช้เทคโนโลยีเหล่านั้นเลย กลับพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีแบบแผนการใช้งาน การสนทนา การรับ-ส่งข้อความ และการฟังเพลง ด้านการสนทนานั้น โทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ยังไม่สามารถเข้าไปแทนที่การสื่อสารในรูปแบบเดิมของกลุ่มวัยรุ่นได้ทั้งหมด คือ โทรศัพท์บ้าน โทรศัพท์สาธารณะและโทรศัพท์พื้นฐานพกพา (PCT) ได้ โทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่จะเป็นส่วนเสริมในการใช้งานการสื่อสารในรูปแบบเดิม คือ จะใช้งานเมื่อต้องการความเป็นส่วนตัว และความสะดวกในการใช้งาน ทางด้านการรับ-ส่งข้อความ มีเทคโนโลยี คือ SMS และ MMS ที่เข้ามาแทนที่การสื่อสารในรูปแบบเดิมกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้ใช้งาน แทนการเขียนข้อความผ่านทางจดหมาย โทรเลข และไปรษณียบัตร และกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีแบบแผนการใช้งานโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่อีกรูปแบบเพิ่มขึ้นมา คือ ใช้เพื่อสื่อสารกับตนเอง โดยดาวน์โหลดเพลงมาฟัง	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this research is to study the behavior and pattern of using mobile phone in teenagers in order to understand the mobile phone technology that impacts on teenager communication life style. This is qualitative research using form of focus group with the 18 teenager samples age between 13-21 years old. The research has shown that the samples have different factors effecting on mobile phone purchasing behavior i.e. asking friends, observing friends, gathering parents' opinion and self studying. Focusing on behavior of using mobile phone, there are vary purposes; to chat, to send and to receive message, to play game, to listen to music, to communicate and to download multi-media. For the purpose of communication, they use mobile phone in order to remind memo, to alert, to get acceptance in society, and to fulfill the need of privacy. The pattern of using mobile phone, even though there are many proposes but for chatting, the focus group does not using technology mainly for this purpose. However, the study has found that they have using pattern in chatting, message sending and receiving, and listening to music. For the chatting, mobile phone, still, could not absolutely replace the former pattern of communication among teenager i.e. home phone, public phone and PCT. Mobile phone is the complementary tool of the former ones. The focus group tends to use mobile phone whenever they require more privacy and convenience. For sending and receiving message, there are technologies called SMS and MMS that have replaced the conservative ways such as letter, telegraph and postcard. Moreover, the focus group has another pattern of using mobile phone as to communicate with themselves by downloading music to listen.	en_US
