| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อจะศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสมรรถภาพอาจารย์วิทยาศาสตร์ ตามความต้องการและสภาพที่มีหรือปฏิบัติอยู่จริง ตามความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์และนักศึกษาวิชาเอกวิทยาศาสตร์ ในวิทยาลัยครูภาคใต้ ในสมรรถภาพด้านเนื้อหาวิชา เทคนิคการสอน การประเมินผล และทักษณะกระบวนการวิทยาศาสตร์และเจตคติทางวิทยาศาสตร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรเป็นอาจารย์วิทยาศาสตร์ในวิทยาลัยครูภาคใต้ทั้ง 5 สถาบัน รวม 69 คน และนักศึกษาวิชาเอกวิทยาศาสตร์ทั้ง 5 สถาบัน รวม 300 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสมรรถภาพอาจารย์วิทยาศาสตร์ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยทดสอบค่าความแตกต่างระหว่างมัชฌิมเลขคณิตของคะแนนจากการทดสอบค่า ที ผลการวิจัยปรากฎว่า : 1. จากการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์ในวิทยาลัยครูภาคใต้ เกี่ยวกับสมรรถภาพอาจารย์วิทยาศาสตร์ ที่ต้องการกับสภาพที่มีหรือปฏิบัติอยู่จริง พบว่า ระดับสมรรถภาพอาจารย์วิทยาศาสตร์ ตามความต้องการกับระดับสมรรถภาพที่มีหรือปฏิบัติอยู่จริง แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยคะแนนเฉลี่ยของสมรรถภาพอาจารย์วิทยาศาสตร์ที่มีหรือปฏิบัติอยู่จริง ต่ำกว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยของสมรรถภาพอาจารย์วิทยาศาสตร์ตามความต้องการทุกด้าน 2. จากการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษา ในวิทยาลัยครูภาคใต้เกี่ยวกับสมรรถภาพอาจารย์วิทยาศาสตร์ที่ต้องการกับสภาพที่มีหรือปฏิบัติอยู่จริง พบว่าระดับสมรรถภาพอาจารย์วิทยาศาสตร์ ตามความต้องการกับระดับสมรรถภาพที่มีหรือปฏิบัติอยู่จริง แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยคะแนนเฉลี่ยของสมรรถภาพอาจารย์วิทยาศาสตร์ที่มีหรือปฏิบัติอยู่จริง ต่ำกว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยของสมรรถภาพอาจารย์วิทยาศาสตร์ตามความต้องการทุกด้าน 3. จากการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์และนักศึกษา ในวิทยาลัยครูภาคใต้ เกี่ยวกับสมรรถภาพอาจารย์วิทยาศาสตร์ในสภาพที่มีหรือปฏิบัติอยู่จริง พบว่าความคิดเห็นของตัวอย่างประชากรทั้งสองกลุ่ม ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้นวิทยาลัยครูสงขลา และวิทยาลัยครูนครศรีธรรมราช ที่ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสมรรถภาพด้านทักษะกระบวนการวิทยาศาสตร์และเจตคติทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรทั้งสองกลุ่ม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางส |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to compare the opinions of instructors and students concerning the expected competencies and the actual competencies in teachers' colleges in the southern part of Thailand. Science instructors' competencies were grouped into four categories which were knowledge in subject matter, teaching technique competency, evaluation competency and science process skill and scientific attitude competencies. Subjects were 69 science instructors and 300 science students in those teachers colleges. The research instrument was questionnaire which was constructed by the researcher himself. The data analysis was done by means of arithmetic means and t-test. The results indicated that: 1. There were significant differences at the .05 level between the levels of expected and actual competencies according to the opinions of the science instructors. It was also found that arithmetic means of the actual competencies was lower than the arithmetic means of the expected competencies. 2. There were significant differences at the .05 level between the levels of expected and actual competencies according to the opinions of the science students. It was also found that arithmetic means of the actual competencies was lower than the arithmetic means of the expected competencies. 3. There were no significant differences at the .05 level between the opinions of science instructors and students concerning the level of actual competencies, except for Songkhla and Nakhornsrithammarat Teachers' Colleges, that there were significant differences between their opinions concerning science process skill and scientific attitude competencies. |
