| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูโรงเรียนมัธยมระดับตำบลที่อยู่นอกโครงการโรงเรียนมัธยมเพื่อพัฒนาชนบทเกี่ยวกับหน้าที่ของครูและโรงเรียนในการพัฒนาชุมชนด้านเศรษฐกิจและอาชีพ สังคมและวัฒนธรรม การศึกษาและนันทนาการ สุขภาพอนามัย และการเมืองการปกครอง ตัวอย่างประชากรเป็นครูโรงเรียนมัธยมระดับตำบลที่อยู่นอกโครงการโรงเรียนมัธยม เพื่อพัฒนาชนบท 350 คน ซึ่งได้จากกลุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นจากโรงเรียนมัธยมระดับตำบล ในเขตการศึกษา 9 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง แล้วนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์โดยการแจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละ หาค่าเฉลี่ย และหาส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย 1. ครูโรงเรียนมัธยมระดับตำบลส่วนใหญ่มีความเห็นด้วย ในระดับมาก เกี่ยวกับหน้าที่ของครูและโรงเรียนในการพัฒนาชุมชนด้านเศรษฐกิจและอาชีพ สังคมและวัฒนธรรม การศึกษาและนันทนาการ สุขภาพอนามัย และการเมืองการปกครอง และส่วนใหญ่โรงเรียนมีการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมเหล่านี้น้อย ยกเว้น กิจกรรมในการพัฒนาชุมชนด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม 2. ปัญหาที่เป็นอุปสรรคในการดำเนินงานพัฒนาชุมชน ที่ครูโรงเรียนมัธยมระดับตำบลประสบในระดับมาก คือ เรื่อง 1. ความยากจนของประชาชน 2. ครูไม่มีเวลาเพียงพอ และขาดแคลนวัสดุอุปกรณ์ในการดำเนินงานพัฒนาชุมชนในระดับปานกลาง คือ เรื่อง 1. ปัญหาความสนใจของประชนที่มีต่อการให้บริการการศึกษาของโรงเรียนน้อย 2. ความแตกต่างในด้านการอ่านออกเขียนได้ของประชาชน 3. ความอ่อนแอป่วยไข้จนไม่สามารถประกอบการงานได้ 4. ความรู้ความสามารถของครูผู้สอนในวิชาชีพ 5. การขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจของครูเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาชุมชน 6. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูและประชาชนในหมู่บ้านมีไม่เพียงพอ 7. การขาดการประสานงานของหน่วยราชการในท้องถิ่นที่มีบทบาทในการสนับสนุนการพัฒนาชุมชน 3. ข้อเสนอแนะในการแก้ไขปัญหาในการดำเนินงานการพัฒนาชุมชนของครูโรงเรียนมัธยมระดับตำบลพบว่า1. ต้องการให้มีการส่งเสริมการศึกษา เพื่อพัฒนาความรู้ทั่วไปและอาชีพแก่ประชาชนทั้งการศึกษาในระบบและนอกระบบโรงเรียน 2. ต้องการให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการพัฒนาชุมชนชนบทมีการประสานงานและร่วมมือกันให้มากขึ้น 3. ต้องการให้ครูสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชนให้มากขึ้น 4. ควรให้โรงเรียนมัธยมระดับตำบลเข้าเป็นโรงเรียนในโครงการโรงเรียนมัธยมเพื่อพัฒนาชนบท (หรือ มพช.) |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to study the opinions of Tambol Secondary School teachers who were not in Community Secondary School Project concerning the roles of the teachers and the schools in community development in the aspects economic and vocation , society and culture, education and activities and health and political. The samples of this study were three hundred and fifty Tambol secondary schools teachers which were stratified randomly sampled from Tambon Secondary School in educational region nine. The research instrument was constructed by the researcher. The data was analyzed by means of frequency, arithemetic mean and standard deviation. Result The main findings of the study were the following:- 1. The Tambol Secondary School Teachers' opinions concerning the roles of teachers and schools in community development in economic and vocation, society and culture, education and recreational activities, health and political areas were appearently at high level, and they also expressed that most of the schools seldom took participated the mentioned activities in developing community except the activity in social and cultural aspect. 2. The Tambol Secondary School Teachers' opinions concerning problems and obstacles in operating community development were at high level on :-1. the poverty of the people. 2. Lack of time and instruments in operating development community. at moderate level on :- 1. the people's attention to educational service from school. 2. different levels in reading and writing abilities of people. 3. Poor health until which could be an obstacle in career. 4. knowledge and skills of vocational teachers. 5. Lack of knowledge and understanding in community development. 6. the relationships between teachers and people in that community. 7. lack of co - ordination among governmental offices at the district level which have roles to promoting the development in community. 3. The suggestion to solve the problems concerning the community development were as follows. 3.1 Promoting the general knowledge and vocational education in the form of both formal and non - formal education. 3.2 Co - ordination among the agencies the involved with the community development should be improved. 3.3 the teachers should have more relationships with the community. 3.4 the Tambol Secondary Schools should be included in the Community Secondary School Project. |
