| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาถึงความแตกต่างทางด้านภูมิหลังและปัญหาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยครูกลุ่มนครหลวง (2) เปรียบเทียบปัญหาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยครูที่มีภูมิหลังต่างกัน โดยศึกษาปัญหาทางด้าน การเตรียมการสอน วิธีสอน สื่อการเรียนการสอน การปกครองชั้นเรียน การวัดผลและประเมินผล บุคลิกภาพและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ส่วนภูมิหลังของนักศึกษานั้นศึกษา เฉพาะภูมิหลัง เกี่ยวกับเพศของนักศึกษา ภูมิลำเนาผู้ปกครอง คะแนนเฉลี่ยก่อนออกฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ ประเภทโรงเรียนฝึกประสบการณ์ ขั้นตอนในการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู จำนวนครั้งที่อาจารย์นิเทศก์เข้านิเทศนักศึกษา และจำนวนครั้งที่อาจารย์พี่เลี้ยงเข้านิเทศนักศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหลักสูตร 4 ปี วิทยาลัยครูกลุ่มนครหลวง รวม 6 แห่ง ซึ่งฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพในภาคการศึกษาแรกปีการศึกษา 2528 จำนวน 248 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม 1 ชุด แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ตอน ตอนแรกสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสถานภาพและภูมิหลังของนักศึกษา เป็นคำถามแบบปลายเปิดและแบบเลือกตอบ ตอนที่สองสอบถาม เกี่ยวกับปัญหาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพเป็นคำถามแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการเปรียบเทียบด้วยค่าทดสอบที (T - test) ค่าทดสอบเอฟ (F - test) ผลการวิจัย 1. ภูมิหลังของนักศึกษา พบว่า นักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงมีภูมิลำเนาผู้ปกครองอยู่ในต่างจังหวัด คะแนนเฉลี่ยก่อนออกฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพสูงกว่า 2.51 ฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีในโรงเรียนสหศึกษา ปฏิบัติงานตามขั้นตอนการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพไม่ครบ 4 ขั้นตอน อาจารย์นิเทศก์เข้านิเทศจำนวน 1 - 3 ครั้ง และอาจารย์พี่เลี้ยงเข้านิเทศมากกว่า 6 ครั้ง 2. ปัญหาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ พบว่า นักศึกษาประสบปัญหาระดับน้อยในข้อปัญหาส่วนใหญ่ ข้อปัญหาที่ประสบในระดับมาก ได้แก่ การเตรียมกิจกรรมและวิธีสอน สื่อการสอนของโรงเรียน การควบคุมชั้นเรียน จำนวนนักเรียนมากเกินไปดูแลรับผิดชอบไม่ทั่วถึง และการสอบซ่อมนักเรียนที่ไม่ผ่านวัตถุประสงค์เชิงพฤติกรรม 3. การเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของนักศึกษาที่มีภูมิหลังต่างกันพบว่า 3.1 นักศึกษาเพศชายและเพศหญิง มีระดับปัญหาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P < .05 ) ในเรื่อง ความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักสูตรสื่อการเรียนการสอนของโรงเรียน การปรับปรุงบุคลิกภาพ และการทำตนให้มีส่วนร่วมในชุมชน 3.2 นักศึกษาที่มีภูมิลำเนาผู้ปกครองต่างกัน มีระดับปัญหาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P < .05 ) ทุกข้อ 3.3 นักศึกษาที่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยก่อนออกฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพต่างกัน มีระดับปัญหาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P < .05) ในเรื่อง การควบคุมชั้นเรียน การสอบซ่อมนักเรียน และความสัมพันธ์กับบุคลากรอื่นๆ 3.4 นักศึกษาที่ฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพในโรงเรียนชายหรือหญิงล้วนและโรงเรียนสหศึกษา มีระดับปัญหาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P < .05 ) ในเรื่อง การขาดความรู้ในการนำเอาวิธีสอนแบบต่างๆ มาใช้ การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน การใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอน และการควบคุมชั้นเรียน 3.5 นักศึกษาที่ผ่านขั้นตอนการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูต่างกัน มีระดับปัญหาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P < .05) ในเรื่อง การเรียงลำดับเนื้อหาในบทเรียน การสรุปบทเรียน การสอนให้สัมพันธ์กับชีวิตจริง การทำเอกสารประกอบการสอน การปรับปรุงบุคลิกภาพ และสุขอนามัย 3.6 นักศึกษาที่อาจารย์นิเทศก์เข้านิเทศจำนวนครั้งต่างกัน มีระดับปัญหาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P < .05) ในเรื่อง การเขียนจุดประสงค์เชิงพฤติกรรม การใช้ภาษา การใช้กระดานดำ และการปกครองชั้นเรียน 3.7 นักศึกษาที่อาจารย์พี่เลี้ยงเข้ามานิเทศจำนวนครั้งต่างกัน มีระดับปัญหาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P < .05 ) ในเรื่องการเตรียมการสอน การสรุปบทเรียน การวัดผลและประเมินผล การใช้คำพูด ภาษาและเสียง และความมั่นใจในตนเอง |
| Other Abstract: | Purpose of the study 1. To study the different backgrounds and student-teaching problems of Bangkok Metropolis teacher colleges' students. 2. To compare the student-teaching problems of Bangkok Metropolis teacher colleges' students with different backgrounds. The problem areas are teaching preparation, teaching methods, instructional media, class administration, measurement and evaluation, personality and human relations. The students' backgrounds are sex, domicile, grades before the student-teaching periods, student-teaching schools, professional experience process, and the frequency of supervision by supervisor and co-operating teachers. The subjects were 248 undergraduate students of six teacher colleges in Bangkok Metropolis. They were studying in four-year program and were teaching students during the first semester of the academic year 1985. The research instrument was a questionnaire containing two sections. Section one consists of students' backgrounds with open ended and multiple choice questions. Section two consists of student-teaching problems with rating scale items. The data was analyzed by using percentage, means, standard deviation, t - test and F - test. Findings. 1. Most student teachers were female. Their parents lived outside Bangkok Metropolis. Their grade point average was above 2.51. Their student-teaching schools were co-education. They were not all completed the full process of student-teaching. They were supervised 1 - 3 times by their supervisors and more than six - times by co-operating teachers. 2. Most problems occurred at the low level. Some of the higher level problems were teaching activity preparation, teaching methods, instructional media, class administration, over-crowded classroom, and the re-examination of the students who do not pass the behavioral objective. 3.The comparison of student-teaching problems of students with different backgrounds: 3.1 Male and female students had significant difference (p < .05) degree of problems on knowledge of curriculum, school instructional media, personality improvement and community co-operation. 3.2 Students with different background on parents domiciles had no significant difference of problems on student teaching. 3.3 Students with different grade point average had significant difference (p < .05 ) degree of problems on class administration and the relations with other teachers in the school. 3.4 Students who taught in boyschool or girlschool and co-education school had significant difference (p < .05) degree of problems on using teaching techniques, picking out the suitable learning activities, using instructional media and class administration. 3.5 Students who were trained through the different process of professional experience had significant difference (P < .05) degree of problems on management of contents, the conclusion of the lesson, the relation between the lessons and real life, supplementary text writing, personality improvement and personal health. 3.6 Students who were supervised by their supervisor at a different number of times had significant difference (P < .05) degree of problems on behavioral objective writing, language expression, blackboard using and class administration. 3.7 Students who were supervised by the co-operating teachers at a different number of times had significant difference (p < .05) degree of problems on teaching method preparation, the conclusion of the lesson, measurement and evaluation, language expression, prounciation and self confidence. |
