| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อสำรวจ และเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของบุคลากร 3 กลุ่ม ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ต่อบทบาทหน้าที่ของครูวัดผลการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างรวมทั้งสิ้น 795 คน ประกอบด้วยครูผู้สอน 464 คน ผู้บริหาร 191 คน และครูวัดผล 140 คน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสำรวจความคิดเห็น ต่อบทบาทหน้าที่ของครูวัดผล 6 ด้าน รวมทั้งสิ้น 70 หน้าที่ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีตรวจนับความถี่ของคำตอบและทดสอบความแตกต่าง ของสัดส่วน ของบุคลากรที่เห็นด้วย ระหว่างกลุ่มต่างๆ เป็นรายข้อ โดยใช้ ไค-สแควร์ (x2 – test of Homogeneity of Proportions) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า หน้าที่ที่บุคลากรโดยส่วนรวม ตั้งแต่ร้อยละ 90 ขึ้นไปคาดหวังให้ครูวัดผลปฏิบัติ ซึ่งน่าจะนับได้ว่าเป็นหน้าที่ที่มีความสำคัญยิ่งของครูวัดผลมีจำนวน 18 หน้าที่ คือ หน้าที่แนะนำ ครู – อาจารย์ ให้เข้าใจหลักและวิธีการวัดผลเบื้องต้น เสนอสถิติหรือข้อมูลต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับงานวัดผลของโรงเรียน ช่วยเพิ่มพูนความรู้ความสามารถในด้านการวัดผลแก่เพื่อนครูด้วยวิธีการต่างๆ เป็นที่ปรึกษาของครูในเรื่องการวัดผลและประเมินผลจัดทำปฏิทินการปฏิบัติงานของแผนทะเบียนและวัดผล ปฐมนิเทศนักเรียนใหม่ ในเรื่องการวัดผลและประเมินผล เป็นผู้แทนของโรงเรียนเข้าร่วมประชุม อบรม หรือสัมมนาครู ด้านการวัดผลในระดับต่างๆ ชี้แจงให้ครูเข้าใจระเบียบปฏิบัติ และบทบาทของครูในงานด้านการวัดผลประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน ของแผนทะเบียนและวัดผล เตรียมแบบฟอร์มต่างๆ ที่ใช้ในงานทะเบียนและวัดผล จัดทำสถิติผลการสอบของนักเรียนทุกภาคเรียน ประสานงานกับ ครู-อาจารย์ เพื่อสร้างแบบสอบมาตรฐาน ตรวจสอบและบันทึกผลการเรียนของนักเรียน รวบรวมไว้สำหรับงานแผนกทะเบียนและแนะแนว จัดหาตำรา เอกสาร และอุปกรณ์การวัดผลเพื่อบริการแก่ครู วางแผนงานการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนการสอนของโรงเรียน เตรียมหลักฐานให้โรงเรียนประกาศผลสอบแต่ละภาคเรียน จัดดำเนินการให้มีการสอบแก้ตัว สำหรับนักเรียนที่สอบตก และวิเคราะห์ หรือวิจัยปัญหาต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานวัดผลของโรงเรียน ซึ่งหน้าที่ที่ครูวัดผลได้รับความคาดหวังให้ปฏิบัติจากบุคลากรส่วนใหญ่คือ หน้าที่ในงานด้านการให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการวัดผล และด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน จากการทดสอบความแตกต่างในความคาดหวังให้ครูวัดผลปฏิบัติหน้าที่นั้น สัดส่วนของกลุ่มครู และผู้บริหาร คาดหวังให้ครูปฏิบัติหน้าที่ สูงกว่าสัดส่วนของครูวัดผลเองในหน้าที่ส่วนใหญ่ตามที่กำหนดในการวิจัยนี้ แต่เมื่อจำแนกกลุ่มบุคลากร ตามขนาดของโรงเรียน พบว่า กลุ่มบุคลากรในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ ขนาดกลาง และขนาดเล็ก มีสัดส่วนของผู้ที่คาดหวังให้ครูวัดผลปฏิบัติหน้าที่ไม่แตกต่างกัน ในหน้าที่ส่วนใหญ่ |
| Other Abstract: | This research was designed to investigate the roles of secondary school evaluator teachers. The samples consisted of 795 Bangkok secondary school personels: 464 teachers, 191 school administrators and 140 evaluator teachers. A questionaire was employed to servey the expected roles. It consisted of 70 hypothe-tical questions concerning with the roles of evaluator teachers. The percentages of personels agreed with each role of evaluator teachers were shown. The chi-square test of homogeneity of proportions was also employed to test the significant difference between the proportions of sub samples. The results of the research were summarised that, there were 18 roles for evaluator teacher which are expected more than 90 % of personel involved as mentioned above. Those are, to advise teachers of the principle and means of basic measurement, to work on the statistics and data concerning measurement work of the school, to supplement the colleagues the knowledge and skill in measurement by all means, to prepare work chart for the registration and measurement section, to orientate the new comor students of the measurement and evaluation, to be the delegate of school in parti¬cipating the meeting, workshop or seminar measurement at all levels, to inform the teachers of regulations and roles of teachers in measurement, to evaluate the works of registration and measurement section, to prepare the forms for registration and measurement works, to work out the statistics of the examination results of students in each semester, to co-ordinate with teachers in developing standardized tests, to test and note the learning summary of individual student and keep them as references at registration and guidance section, to arrange the tests, documentations and equipment concerning measure¬ment to serve teacher's need, to plan the measurement and evaluation works learning in the school, to prepare documentations for the school in promulgating the semester's examination results, to carry out the re-examination process and to analyse or to do research any possibly problem concerning the measurement works of the school. The further investigation of the differences in proportion of persons who agreed with each role, it appears that the group of teachers and administrators who agreed or expected the evaluator teacher to perform the majority of the jobs have more proportion than evaluator teachers themselves. But when the persons are categorised as the size of the school, it is found that the groups of personel in large, medium and small schools who expected the evaluator teachers to perform the majority of the jobs have no significant difference in proportion. |
