| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1) เพื่อศึกษาค่าใช้จ่ายของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยครูทั่วประเทศ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบค่าใช้จ่ายของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยครู จำแนกตามเพศ นักศึกษาที่อยู่บ้านตนเองกับนักศึกษาที่อยู่หอพักและนักศึกษากลุ่มวิทยาลัยครู 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาด้านการเงินของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยครูทั่วประเทศ สมมุติฐานการวิจัย 1) นักศึกษาที่มีเพศต่างกันมีค่าใช้จ่ายแตกต่างกัน 2. นักศึกษาที่อยู่บ้านของตนเองกับนักศึกษาที่อยู่หอพักมีค่าใช้จ่ายแตกต่างกัน 3) นักศึกษาในแต่ละกลุ่มวิทยาลัยครูมีค่าใช้จ่ายแตกต่างกัน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วยนักศึกษาในวิทยาลัยครูทั่วประเทศ ซึ่งมีจำนวนประชากรทั้งหมด 2,534 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืน 2,025 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 79.9 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นและได้แบ่งเป็น 2 ตอน คือ ตอนแรกเป็นสถานภาพและปัญหาทางด้านการเงินของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ตอนที่สอง เกี่ยวกับค่าใช้จ่ายของนักศึกษา 8 ประเภท ได้แก่ ค่าที่พัก ค่าอาหาร ค่าพาหนะ ค่าอุปกรณ์การศึกษา ค่าเสื้อผ้า ค่าพักผ่อนหย่อนใจ ค่าใช้จ่ายเบ็ดเตล็ด และค่าธรรมเนียมการศึกษา การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การเปรียบเทียบใช้วิธีทีเทสต์ เอฟ เทสต์ และทดสอบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการทดสอบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญน้อยที่สุด สรุปผลการวิจัย ผลการวิจัย ปรากฏว่าค่าใช้จ่ายของนักศึกษาทุกวิทยาลัยครูโดยเฉลี่ยปีละ 15,352.08 บาท นักศึกษาวิทยาลัยครูจันทรเกษมและวิทยาลัยครูกาญจนบุรีใช้จ่ายเฉลี่ยระหว่าง 17,620.68 – 17,345.03 บาท นักศึกษาวิทยาลัยครูเพชรบุรีวิทยาลงกรณ์ วิทยาลัยครูธนบุรี วิทยาลัยครูนครราชสีมา วิทยาลัยครูนครศรีธรรมราช วิทยาลัยครูเพชรบุรี และวิทยาลัยครูภูเก็ตใช้จ่ายเฉลี่ยระหว่าง 16,860.87 – 15,085.27 บาท นักศึกษาวิทยาลัยครูเชียงใหม่ วิทยาลัยครูเชียงราย วิทยาลัยครูพระนครศรีอยุธยาและวิทยาลัยครูสุรินทร์ใช้จ่ายเฉลี่ยระหว่าง 14,432.76 – 11,214.47 บาท ผลการเปรียบเทียบค่าใช้จ่ายระหว่างนักศึกษาเพศชายกับเพศหญิงมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 ผลการเปรียบเทียบค่าใช้จ่ายระหว่างนักศึกษาที่อยู่บ้านของตนเองกับที่อยู่หอพัก มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 ผลการเปรียบเทียบค่าใช้จ่ายระหว่างนักศึกษากลุ่มวิทยาลัยครู มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 ปัญหาด้านการเงิน นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีปัญหาทางด้านการเงิน และส่วนใหญ่แก้ปัญหาโดยการขอยืมจากเพื่อน และขอจากผู้อุปการะ ข้อเสนอแนะ ผู้บริหารวิทยาลัยครูควรร่วมมือกับฝ่ายกิจการนักศึกษาในการจัดบริการให้ทุนการศึกษา บริการหางานให้แก่นักศึกษาที่ขาดแคลนทุนทรัพย์ จัดบริการหอพัก บริการอาหารราคาถูกและจัดหนังสือและตำราเรียนเข้าห้องสมุดให้เพียงพอกับความต้องการของนักศึกษา ซึ่งจะช่วยให้นักศึกษาได้ประหยัดค่าอาหาร ค่าที่พัก ค่ายานพาหนะ และค่าตำราเรียนลง |
| Other Abstract: | Purposes of the Study The purpose of this research was to study student expenses in Teachers’ Colleges, to compare differences between students by sex, domicile (home or dormitory) and Teachers’ Colleges clusters and to study financial problems of the students. Hypotheses of the Study 1. The students of different sexes show differences in differences in expenses. 2. The expenses of students living at home and those living in dormitories are different. 3. The students’s expenses in each Teachers’ Colleges clusters are different. Methodology and Procedures The sample consisted of 2,534 students in the Teachers’ Colleges. Questionnaires constructed by the researchers were sent to these subjects and 2,025 (79.9 percent) were returned. The first part was concerned with personal data and money problems. The second part was concerned student expenses included housing, food transportation, books, clothes, the other expenses and tuition fees. Data were analyzed by computing percentages, means, standard deviations. Differences between sexes and places of residence were tested by the t-test, and the one – way analysis of varience. Differences between various groups were tested by the Least Significant Difference Test (ISD). Research Findings Average expenses per student in Teachers’ Colleges were 15,352.08 Baht a year. Student expenses are listed below in order from high to low : Chantarakasem Teachers’ College and Kanchanaburi Teachers’ College 17,620.68 – 17,345.03 Baht. Petchaburiwittayalongkorn Teachers’ College, Thonburi Teachers’ College, Nakornrajasima Teachers’ College, Petchburi Teachers’ College and Puket Teachers’ College 16,860.87 – 15,085.27 Baht. Chiengmai Teachers’ College, . Chiengrai Teachers’ Colleg, Aythaya Teachers’ College and Surin Teachers’ College 14,432.76 – 11,214.47 Baht. There were significant difference between male and female student expenses, at the .01 level. There were differences between the expenses of students living at home and the expenses of students living in domitories, significant at the .01 level. There were differences between each cluster, significant at the .01 level. Students financial problems : Most of the students lack money for some months. They solved their problems for some months. They solved their problems by borrowing money from their friends and asking money from their parents. Recomendations : Teachers’ College Administrations should improve services and facilities in order to cut down on student expenses such as scholarships, domitories, canteens, libraries. If possible the students should be given the opportunity for part time employment during their free time. |
