| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการแข่งขันกีฬาหมาวิทยาลัยแห่งประเทศไทย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ คณะกรรมการบริหาร คณะกรรมการกีฬามหาวิทยาลัยแห่งประเทศไทยจำนวน 17 คน คณะกรรมการดำเนินการแข่งขันกีฬามหาวิทยาลัยครั้งที่ 8 จำนวน 100 คน ผู้จัดการทีมกีฬามหาวิทยาลัย 100 คน และหัวหน้าทีมกีฬาซึ่งเป็นตัวแทนของนักกีฬาประมาณ 100 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมาร้อยละ 64.67 นำผลที่เก็บรวบรวมได้มาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามวิธีทางสถิติโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน แบบทางเดียว ผลวิจัยพบว่า คณะกรรมการบริหาร คณะกรรมการกีฬามหาวิทยาลัยแห่งประเทศไทย คณะกรรมการดำเนินการแข่งขันกีฬามหาวิทยาลัย ผู้จัดการทีม และหัวหน้าทีมกีฬา ต่างมีความเห็นตรงกันว่า กีฬามหาวิทยาลัยสนองวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดแข่งขันเป็นส่วนมาก ทางด้านปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการจัดและการดำเนินการแข่งขันกีฬามหาวิทยาลัย คณะกรรมการบริหาร คณะกรรมการกีฬามหาวิทยาลัย คณะกรรมการดำเนินการแข่งขันกีฬามหาวิทยาลัย และผู้จัดการทีมมีความเห็นตรงกันว่า มีปัญหาด้านงบประมาณและบุคลากร ส่วนปัญหาด้านอื่นๆ พบว่ามีน้อย และทั้งสามกลุ่มมีควาคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการแข่งขันกีฬามหาวิทยาลัยแห่งประเทศไทยไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to find out the problems of organizing and conducting Universiade games of Thailand. Subjects of the study were 17 of the executive committee of the Universiade games of Thailand, 100 of the organizing committee of the 8th Universiade games of Thailand, 100 of team managers and 100 of team captains who were atheletes’ representatives. 64.67 % of questionnaires were returned. The data were analyzed in percentage, mean and One-way Analysis of Variance. The results revealed that : The executive committee of the Universiade games of Thailand, the organizing committee of the 8th Universiade games, the team managers, and the team captains agreed that the Universiade games mostly served the objectives of the organization. For the problems of organizing and conducting the Universiade games, the executive committee, the organizing committee, and the team managers agreed that they mostly faced the financial and the personnel problems; but the other problems were not serious. Moreover, the opinions among the executive committee, the organizing committee, and the team managers towards the problems of organizing and conducting the Universiade games of Thailand were not significantly different at the level of .05 |
