| dc.description.abstract | ประเมินบุคลิกภาพของนักศึกษาพยาบาลกับนักศึกษาหญิงในคณะอื่นๆ ของมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักศึกษาพยาบาล นักศึกษาแพทย์ นักศึกษาทันตแพทย์ นักศึกษาเภสัช นักศึกษาพยาบาลสาธารณสุข นักศึกษาภายภาพบำบัด และนักศึกษาเทคนิคการแพทย์ จำนวน 181 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสำรวจบุคลิกภาพซีพีไอ ฉบับภาษาไทย ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนบุคลิกภาพ แต่ลักษณะของกลุ่มตัวอย่างทุกกลุ่ม โดยวิธีวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way analysis of variance) แล้วนำคะแนนลักษณะบุคลิกภาพที่มีความแตกต่างกัน มาทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่างนักศึกษาพยาบาลกับนักศึกษาแต่ละคณะทีละคู่ โดยใช้ค่าที (t-test) ได้ผลดังนี้คือ 1) บุคลิกภาพของนักศึกษาพยาบาลกับนักศึกษากลุ่มอื่น มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญใน 11 ลักษณะ ได้แก่ ความมีอำนาจเหนือผู้อื่น (Do) การควบคุมตนเอง (Sc) ความอดทน (To) การสร้างความประทับใจให้กับผู้อื่น (Gi) ลักษณะที่พบในคนส่วนมาก (Cm) สัมฤทธิผลในสถานการณ์ที่ต้องพึ่งตนเอง (Ai) ประสิทธิภาพทางสติปัญญา (Ie) การเข้าใจความรู้สึกของผู้อื่น (Py) และความมีลักษณะของหญิง (Fe) (p < .05) ส่วนลักษณะความรับผิดชอบ (Re) กับเจริญวัยทางสังคม (So) (p < .01) 2) บุคลิกภาพของนักศึกษาพยาบาลต่ำกว่าบุคลิกภาพของนักศึกษาแพทย์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญอยู่ 5 ลักษณะ คือ ความรับผิดชอบ (Re) การเจริญวัยทางสังคม (So) ลักษณะที่พบในคนส่วนมาก (Cm) (p < .01) ความอดทน (To) และสัมฤทธิผลในสถานการณ์ที่ต้องพึ่งตนเอง (Ai) (p < .05) 3) บุคลิกภาพของนักศึกษาพยาบาลต่ำกว่าบุคลิกภาพของนักศึกษาทันตแพทย์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญอยู่ 6 ลักษณะ คือ ความรับผิดชอบ (Re) ความอดทน (To) (p < .01) การมีอำนาจเหนือผู้อื่น (Do) สัมฤทธิผลในสถานการณ์ที่ต้องพึ่งตนเอง (Ai) ประสิทธิภาพทางสติปัญญา (Ie) และการเข้าใจความรู้สึกของผู้อื่น (Py) (p < .05) มีลักษณะเดียวที่นักศึกษาพยาบาลสูงกว่านักศึกษาแพทย์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ คือ ความมีลักษณะของหญิง (Fe) (p < .05) 4) บุคลิกภาพของนักศึกษาพยาบาลแตกต่างจากนักศึกษาเภสัชอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p < .05) คือ สูงกว่า 1 ลักษณะและต่ำกว่า 1 ลักษณะ ได้แก่ การสร้างความประทับใจให้กับผู้อื่น (Gi) และความรับผิดชอบ (Re) ตามลำดับ 5) บุคลิกภาพของนักศึกษาพยาบาลต่ำกว่าบุคลิกภาพของนักศึกษาพยาบาลสาธารณสุขอย่างมีนัยสำคัญอยู่ 6 ลักษณะ คือ ความรับผิดชอบ (Re) ความอดทน (To) ลักษณะที่พบในคนส่วนมาก (Cm) สัมฤทธิผลในสถานการณ์ที่ต้องพึ่งตนเอง (Ai) ประสิทธิภาพทางสติปัญญา (Ie) (p < .01) และเจริญวัยทางสังคม (So) (p < .05) 6) บุคลิกภาพของนักศึกษาพยาบาลแตกต่างจากนักศึกษากายภาพบำบัดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p < .05) คือ ต่ำกว่า 1 ลักษณะและสูงกว่า 1 ลักษณะ ได้แก่ การมีอำนาจเหนือผู้อื่น (Do) และความมีลักษณะของหญิง (Fe) ตามลำดับ 7) บุคลิกภาพของนักศึกษาพยาบาลสูงกว่านักศึกษาเทคนิคการแพทย์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญเพียงลักษณะเดียว คือ ความมีลักษณะของหญิง (Fe) (p < .01) | |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | To assess the personality characteristics of student nurses in comparing with other female students of Mahidol University. Samples were one hundred and eighty-one students from seven faculties. They were students from faculty of nursing, medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, public health, physical therapy and medical technology. CPI (Thai version) was instrument used for measured the personality characteristics of the samples. The data were analyzed by means of one way analysis of variance to find the difference among means of each characteristic of personality of the samples, and using t-test to compare the means of personality characteristics between student nurses and female students of other faculties. The results of this study were as follows. 1. Personality characteristics of student nurses and other female students were significantly different for eleven scales. They were Dominance (Do), Self-control (Sc), Tolerance (To), Good Impression (Gi), Communality (Cm), Achievement via Independent (Ai), Intellectual Efficiency (Ie), Psychological mindedness (Py) and Femininity (Fe) (p<.05) Responsibility (Re) and Socialization (So) (p <.0l). 2. Personality characteristics of student nurses were significantly lower than medical students for five scales. They were Responsibility (Re), Socialization (So), Communality (Cm) (p <.01), Tolerance (To), and Achievement via Independent (Ai) (p <.05). 3. Personality characteristics of student nurses were significantly lower than dentistry students for six scales. They were Responsibility (Re), Tolerance (To), Dominance (Do), Achieve¬ment via Independent (Ai), Intellectual Efficiency (Ie) (p<.o1) and Socialization (So) (p <.05). 4. Personality characteristics of student nurses were significantly lower than pharmacy students in Good Impression scale (Gi) but higher in Responsibility scale (Re) (p < 05). 5. Personality characteristics of student nurses were significantly lower than public health nurse students for six scales. They were Responsibility (Re), Tolerance (To), Communality (Cm), Achievement via Independent (Ai), Intellectual Efficiency (Ie) (p <.01) and Socialization (So) (p <.05). 6. Personality characteristics of student nurses were significantly lower than physical therapy students in Dominance scale (Do) but higher in Femininity scale (Fe) (p < 05). 7. Personality characteristics of the student nurses was significantly higher than medical technology students in only one scale. It was Femininity scale (Fe) (p < .01). | |
