| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินงานจัดระบบสารสนเทศของศูนย์ข้อมูลการศึกษาในสถานศึกษาสังกัดกรมอาชีวศึกษา เขตภาคกลาง ตามขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานจัดระบบสารสนเทศของกรมวิชาการ 5 ขั้นตอนคือ 1) การรวบรวมข้อมูล 2) การตรวจสอบข้อมูล 3) การประมวลผลข้อมูล 4) การนำเสนอข้อมูล และ 5) การเก็บรักษาข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดย การแจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละ และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การรวบรวมข้อมูลมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรายงานให้กรมอาชีวศึกษาทราบ มีการกำหนดระยะเวลาการรวบรวมข้อมูล 8 ประเภท รวบรวมโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่จัดทำขึ้นเอง 2) การตรวจสอบข้อมูลมีการกำกับการตรวจสอบโดยผู้รายงานลงชื่อรับรอง ข้อมูลมีความถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน เป็นปัจจุบัน ร้อยละ 70-80 3) การประมวลผล มีการประมวลผลด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยจำแนกตามประเภทของข้อมูล 8 ประเภท 4) การนำเสนอข้อมูล มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประกอบการวางแผนการจัดการศึกษา นำเสนอในรูปของสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ มีการเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายในระบบ อินเตอร์เน็ต มีเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำศูนย์ให้บริการข้อมูล 5) การเก็บรักษา เลือกเก็บรักษาข้อมูลที่ใช้เพื่อการวางแผน ไม่ได้กำหนดระยะเวลาแน่นอนในการปรับข้อมูลให้เป็นปัจจุบัน กระบวนการทั้ง 5 ขั้นตอน พบว่า ผู้รับผิดชอบส่วนใหญ่คือ หัวหน้างานศูนย์ข้อมูลการศึกษา สิ่งที่ควรเร่งปรับปรุงคือ การแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการสารสนเทศ การสำรวจความต้องการใช้สารสนเทศ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลให้เป็นสารสนเทศที่นำไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้ และการปรับข้อมูลให้เป็นปัจจุบันเมื่อข้อมูลมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ปัญหาการดำเนินการจัดระบบสารสนเทศพบว่า มีข้อมูลกระจายอยู่หลายที่เนื่องจากมีหลายหน่วยงานรวบรวมข้อมูล บุคลากรมีภาระงานสอนมาก ทำให้ไม่มีเวลาพอในการตรวจสอบข้อมูลและการประมวลผลข้อมูล ด้านการนำเสนอข้อมูล ผู้ปฏิบัติงานไม่แน่ใจว่าจะนำเสนออะไร และขาดการติดตาม ควบคุม และกำกับเกี่ยวกับการจัดการด้านสารสนเทศ |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study state and problems of operation of information management system in the educational information center in education institutes under the department of vocational education in the central part. The study was follow 5 steps in information management system, analysing data by using of frequency, percentage and content analysis. Research findings : 1) Collecting data main purpose for reporting to Department of Vocational Education, 8 categories of data were established and use the form for gathering data developed by their own. 2) Checking data responsible by the reporter, there were 70 – 80 percent of data are complete and accurate. 3) Processing data made by computer follow by 8 categories. 4) Presentation of data was focusing on educational planning, presented by printed matter and network by using of internet. 5) Storing data focus on data for planning purpose, schedule for updating data was not fund. The 5 steps information management system was responsible by head of information center. Area that should be improved were established the information management system committee, surveying users’ needs, analysing data for widely usages and schedule the time for updating data. Information Management System problems were found : scattering of data due to data collecting by many departments, too many workloads in teaching impact to checking and processing data. For data presentation they did not clear what to be presented and lacked of follow up controlling and monitoring the information management system. |
