| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการในการบริหารโครงการสุขภาพในโรงเรียน และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบปัญหาและความต้องการในการบริหารโครงการสุขภาพในโรงเรียนตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาที่มีขนาดโรงเรียนต่างกัน สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในภาคตะวันออก กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาจำนวน 94 คน เป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก 50 คน ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดกลาง 25 คน ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ 19 คน ผู้วิจัยสร้างแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการบริหารโครงการสุขภาพในโรงเรียน 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านการจัดดำเนินโครงการสุขภาพในโรงเรียน ด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมทางสุขภาพในโรงเรียน ด้านการจัดบริการสุขภาพในโรงเรียน ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนสุขศึกษา โดยส่งแบบสอบถามไปทางไปรษณีย์ นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าเอฟ (F-test) ทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างคู่โดยวิธีของนิวแมนคูลล์ (Neuman – Keuls tests) นำเสนอในรูปตารางและความเรียง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาโดยส่วนรวมรับรู้ว่าปัญหาและความต้องการในการบริหารโครงการสุขภาพในโรงเรียนรวมทุกด้านอยู่ที่ระดับปานกลาง ยกเว้นปัญหาด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมทางสุขภาพที่อยู่ในระดับน้อย 2. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาทั้ง 3 ขนาด รับรู้ปัญหาในการบริหารโครงการสุขภาพในโรงเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทุกด้านยกเว้นปัญหาด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมทางสุขภาพในโรงเรียนไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และมีความต้องการในการบริหารโครงการสุขภาพในโรงเรียนไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้นความต้องการด้านการจักบริการสุขภาพในโรงเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this study was to identify and compare the problems and needs in school health program administration as perceived by the administration of secondary schools under General Education Department in the Eastern Region. The schools were categorized into three groups according their sizes. A self-administered questionnaire covering four main areas of school health program administration, including, health project organization health environment, health services, and health education was developed and sent to as randomly selected school administrators. The collected data were statistically analyzed utilizing means, standard deviations, F-test and Neuman – Keuls tests. The findings were as follows : 1. The administrators perceived that the problems and needs in all aspects of the school health program administration were in the medium level, except the problems of school health environment was perceived at low level. 2. The administrators of the three different size schools perceived that the problems in the administration of school health program were statistically significant at the .05 level, except the problems of school health environment was not statistically significant at the .05 level. The needs in the administration of school health program were not statistically significant at .05 level, except the needs of school health service was not statistically significant at the .05 level. |
