| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของคุรุสภาเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมด้านวิชาการเพื่อการออกใบอนุญาตแก่ผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพครูตามการรับรู้ของครู จากครูที่เข้ารับการอบรมเพื่อการศึกษาระหว่างปิดภาคเรียนฤดูร้อน (อ.ศ.ร.) ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2524 กับครูที่ทำการสอนในสถานศึกษา 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างความคิดเห็นของครูที่เข้ารับการอบรมเพื่อการศึกษาระหว่างภาคเรียนฤดูร้อน (อ.ศ.ร.) ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2524 กับครูที่ทำการสอนในสถานศึกษา 3. เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูที่เข้ารับการอบรมเพื่อการศึกษาระหว่างปิดเรียนภาคฤดูร้อน (อ.ศ.ร.) ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2524 กับครูที่ทำการสอนในสถานศึกษา เกี่ยวกับบทบาทของคุรุสภาในการส่งเสริมด้านวิชาการเพื่อการออกใบอนุญาตแก่ผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพครู วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ตัวอย่างประชากร คือ ครูที่เข้ารับการอบรมเพื่อการศึกษาระหว่างปิดเรียนฤดูร้อน (อ.ศ.ร.) ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2524 ในหน่วยอบรมวิทยาลัยครูซึ่งเลือกสุ่มจากภาคเหนือ ภาคใต้ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคกลางและกรุงเทพมหานคร ภาคละ 1 แห่ง รวม 5 แห่ง ซึ่งสุ่มได้ครูศึกษาที่ตั้งอยู่ในแต่ละภาคๆ ละ 1 แห่ง รวม 5 แห่ง ได้จำนวน 235 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มหลายขั้นตอน (Multistage Random Sampling) ทั้งสองกลุ่ม รวมจำนวนตัวอย่างประชากรทั้งสิ้น 514 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนจำนวน 418 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 81.32 เป็นของครูที่เข้ารับการอบรมเพื่อการศึกษาระหว่างปิดเรียนภาคฤดูร้อน 221 ฉบับ ครูที่ทำการสอนในสถานศึกษา 197 ฉบับ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม 4 ตอน ตอนที่ 1 สอบถามสถานภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ตอนที่ 2 สอบถามการส่งเสริมด้านวิชาการที่คุรุสภาดำเนินการมาแล้ว ตอนที่ 3 สอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมด้านวิชาการเพื่อการออกใบอนุญาตแก่ผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพครูตามการรับรู้ของครู ตอนที่ 4 สอบถามความคิดเห็น ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะการส่งเสริมด้านวิชาการเพื่อการยกระดับมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครู และการออกใบอนุญาตแก่ผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพครู การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ หาค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทดสอบโดยใช้ค่าที สรุปผลการวิจัย 1.สถานภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ครูผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงมากกว่าเพศชาย มีอายุระหว่าง 20-30 ปี มีหน้าที่เป็นครูปฏิบัติการสอนและมีวุฒิทางการศึกษาระดับต่ำกว่า ป.กศ. 2. การส่งเสริมด้านวิชาการที่คุรุสภาดำเนินการมาแล้วด้านต่างๆ 2.1 ด้านการทราบข่าวความเคลื่อนไหวและความสนใจของครู ครูให้ความสนใจการเพิ่มเติมความรู้ทางวิชากรและวิธีการสอนอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนข่าวความเคลื่อนไหวเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมทางวิชาการที่คุรุสภาจัด ครูทราบอยู่ในระดับน้อย 2.2 ด้านการจัดการอบรมและกิจกรรมทางวิชาการอื่นๆ ครูรับรู้อยู่ในระดับมาก คือ การจัดศูนย์เอกสารวิชาชีพครู ส่วนการเดินทางเพื่อการศึกาที่คุรุสภาจัด ครูรับรู้อยู่ในระดับน้อย และการจัดลำดับความสำคัญ ครูเห็นว่าการจัดบริหารห้องสมุดวิชาชีพครูและศูนย์เอกสารวิชาชีพครูมีความสำคัญเป็นลำดับที่ 1 2.3 ด้านการส่งเสริมการวิจัยและการนำผลการวิจัยมาใช้ ครูเห็นว่าการส่งเสริมการ น้อย 2.4 ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์และการปรับปรุงงานด้านวิชาการ การประชาสัมพันธ์เพื่อการออกใบอนุญาตแก่ผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพครู ครูยังรับรู้อยู่ในระดับน้อย ส่วนการปรับปรุงงานด้านวิชาการ ครูเห็นว่าคุรุสภาควรเปลียนบทบาทเกี่ยวกับการสิ่งเสริมด้านวิชาการให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น อยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ครูที่เข้ารับการอบรมเพื่อการศึกษาระหว่างปิดเรียนภาคฤดูร้อง (อ.ศ.ร) ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2524 กับครูที่ทำการสอนในสถานศึกษา มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของคุรุสภาในการส่งเสริมด้านวิชาการที่ได้ดำเนินการมาแล้วในด้านต่างๆทั้ง 4 ด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ .05 4. ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของคุรุสภาในการส่งเสริมด้านวิชาการเพื่อการยกระดับมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูและการออกใบอนุญาตแก่ผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพ ครูผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เห็นว่า ปัจจุบันวิชาชีพครูไม่เป็นที่ยอมรับของสังคมเท่าที่ควร จึงควรยกระดับมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูให้สูงขึ้นและมีการออกใบอนุญาตแก่ผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพครู และคุรุสภาควรปรับปรุงบทบาทให้สมกับเป็นสถาบันวิชาชีพครูด้วยการส่งเสริมด้านวิชาการแก่ครูอย่างจริงจัง |
| Other Abstract: | Purposes of study: 1. To study the roles of Kuru Sapa on academic promotion for teachers profession certification as perceived by teachers. Subject of this study are a group teachers who attained summer courses of the year 1981 and another group of those who are in-service in various educational institutes. 2. To see the distinction between opinions of teachers who attained summer courses and that of those who are in service. 3. To see the opinions of teachers who attained summer courses and that of those who are in service about the roles of Kuru Sapa on academic promotion for teachers profession certification. Research Procedure: Subjects of this study are in two groups. The first one are teachers who attained summer courses for lower Certificate in Education which were offered in five teacher’s training colleges, each from different geographical regions. Those five regions are North, South, Northeast, Central and Bangkok Metropolitan. The total of the first group of subject is 279 which comprise 100 percent of teachers who attained the course. Another group of subjects are in – service teachers from five institutes. Total number of this group is 235 teachers comprising 100 percent of teachers from five institutes in the same regions as those used in the first group. Multistage Random Sampling was used to select the two groups of subject. The grand total of subjects is 514 but only 418 questionnaires were collected, 221 from the first group and 197 from the second group. The collected questionnaire is 81.32 percent of those distributed. A questionnaire was used in the study. It consists of four parts: part 1: Information about the replyer, Part 2: Questions on what Kuru Sapa has been doing concerning academic development of members, Part 3: Questions on how the teachers’ recognition of Kuru Sapa’s role in academic development for the purpose of teachers profession certification is and Part 4: Questions on opinions and suggestions from teachers concerning academic development for the purposes of upgrading profession standard and teachers profession certification. Statistical methods such as percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test were used to analyze the received data. Findings: 1. Information on replier: The majority of repliers are females of about 20-30 years of age who are presently holding teaching responsibility and have lower education than the Lower Education Certificate. 2. Questions on what Kuru Sapa’s has been doing concerning academic development of members. 2.1 About how much teachers are interested in and have acknowledged Kuru Sapa’s operation, most teachers are very much interested in activities concerning their development in both teaching methodology and subject areas, but are insufficiently informed about all other activities organized by Kuru Sapa’s. 2.2 About professional training course and/or other professional activities, most teachers are well informed about “resource centers for teaching profession” but are insufficiently informed about study tours. Most teachers rated need for library service concerning materials relevant for teaching profession as the first priority. 2.3 About support of research study and its exploitation, most teachers agreed that they need the support, however, they are insufficiently 2.4 About public relations and academic development, most teachers think that there is not enough information nor public relations on teachers profession certification. They also suggested that Kuru Sapa’s improve its role on academic development of members. They demanded a more efficient operation 3. There is a significance of .01 and .05 on the distinction between the first group of subject and the second are in terms of opinions on what Kuru Sapa’s has been doing concerning academic development of members. 4. About teachers profession certification, most teachers who answered the questionnaire expressed their concern of the fact that teaching profession does not have social prestige as much as teachers want to see and accordingly, teachers profession certification should be practiced in order to upgrade standard of the profession. They also suggested, Kuru Sapa should reorganize its operation concerning academic development of the members. |
