dc.description.abstractวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูคณิตศาสตร์เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานตามหน้าที่ของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูคณิตศาสตร์เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามหน้าที่ของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างแบบสอบถามขึ้น 1 ชุด เป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย เพื่อใช้สอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานตามหน้าที่ของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาคณิตศาสตร์กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่เป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียนจำนวน 41 ค และครูคณิตศาสตร์จำนวน 214 คน จากโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 50 โรง ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละมัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาย และทดสอบค่าที ( t – test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความคิดเห็นว่าหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ปฏิบัติงานตามหน้าที่ในด้านวิชาการ เกี่ยวกับงานการวางแผนเตรียมงานสำหรับภาคเรียนใหม่ การจัดการเรียนการสอน และการวัดผลและการประเมินผล ว่าได้ปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนงานเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรและเอกสารการใช้หลักสูตร และการนิเทศการเรียนการสอน ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความคิดเห็นวาหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารวมเกี่ยวกับงานด้านวิชาการ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูคณิตศาสตร์มีความคิดเห็นว่าหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ปฏิบัติงานตามหน้าที่ในด้านวิชาการอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความคิดเห็นว่าหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ปฏิบัติงานตามหน้าที่ในด้านบริหาร เกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานบุคคล การประสานงานนโยบายและการประสานงานธุรการ การเงิน ว่าได้ปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนงานเกี่ยวกับการประสานงานธุรการ การเงิน ว่าได้ปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนงานเกี่ยวกับการประสานงานอาคารสถานที่และวัสดุครุภัณฑ์ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความคิดเห็นว่าหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารวมเกี่ยวกับงานด้านบริหาร ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความคิดเห็นว่าหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ปฏิบัติงานตามหน้าที่ในด้านบริหารอยู่ระดับมาก ส่วนครูคณิตศาสตร์มีความคิดเห็นว่าหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ปฏิบัติงานตามหน้าที่ในด้านบริหารอยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกงาน เมื่อพิจารณาการปฏิบัติงานตามหน้าที่ของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาคณิตศาสตร์รวมทั้งงานด้านวิชาการ และด้านบริหารแล้ว พบว่าผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความคิดเห็นว่าหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ปฏิบัติงานตามหน้าที่อยู่ในระดับมาก แต่ครูคณิตศาสตร์มีความคิดเห็นว่าหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ปฏิบัติงานตามหน้าที่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูคณิตศาสตร์เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานตามหน้าที่ของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ รวมทั้งด้านวิชาการและด้านบริหารในทุกงาน พบว่ามีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.01-
dc.description.abstractalternativePurposes : 1. To study the opinions of school administrators and mathematics teachers concerning role performance of mathematics department head in secondary schools on Bangkok Metropolis. 2. To compare the opinions of school administrators and mathematics teachers concerning role performance of mathematics department head in secondary schools in Bangkok Metropolis. The researcher constructed a questionnaire to ask the opinions of school administrators and mathematics teachers concerning role performance of mathematics depar4tment head. The samples were 41 school administrators and 214 mathematics teachers from 50 secondary schools under the auspices of General Education Department, Ministry of Education. The collected data were analyzed by means of percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and t – test. Results: 1. The opinions of school administrators concerning role performance of mathematics department head in the academic aspect were that the mathematics department heads performed the planning for the new academic semester preparation, the learning-teaching activity preparation and measurement and evaluation at the high level. However, they perfomed about the curriculum and curriculum guidelines and learning-teaching supervision at the moderate level. When considered all tasks in this aspect, both school administrators and mathematics teachers thought that the mathematics department heads performed at the moderate level. According to the administrative aspect, the school administrators thought that the mathematics department heads performed at the high level concerning personnel administration, policy coordination, clerical work and finance, but they perfomed at the moderate level concerning the coordination of school plant and supply, When considered all tasks in this aspect, the school administrators thought that the mathematics department heads performed at the high level, while the mathematics teachers thought that the mathematics department heads performed at the moderate level. When considered the tasks in both academic and administrative aspects, the school administrators thought that the mathematics department heads performed at the high level, but the mathematics teachers thought that the mathematics department heads performed at the moderate level. 2. In comparing the opinions of school administrators and mathematics teachers concerning the role performance of mathematics department heads about all tasks in academic and administrative aspects, it was found that their opinions were different at the 0.01 level of significance.-
