| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อประเมินความต้องการเกี่ยวกับการนิเทศการสอนของครู-อาจารย์ ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดกองวิทยาลัยเทคนิค กรมอาชีวศึกษา วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย ครู-อาจารย์ประจำแผนกวิชาช่างก่อสร้าง จำนวน 106 คน ช่างไฟฟ้า 85 คน ช่างอิเล็กทรอนิคส์จำนวน 65 คน ช่างเชื่อมและโลหะแผ่นจำนวน 121 คน ช่างยนต์จำนวน 88 คน ช่างกลโรงงานจำนวน 124 คน และสามัญจำนวน 187 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 776 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นจากสถานศึกษา สังกัดกองวิทยาลัยเทคนิค จำนวน 71 แห่ง จำแนกสัดส่วนตามภูมิภาคทั่วประเทศ ใช้แบบสำรวจความรู้ความเข้าใจเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล จากจำนวนแบบสำรวจที่ส่งไปทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 776 ฉบับ ได้รับกลับคืนและสามารถนำมาวิเคราะห์ได้จำนวน 654 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 84.27 ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย จากผลการวิจัยในการประเมินความต้องการเกี่ยวกับการนิเทศการสอนของครู-อาจารย์ประจำแผนกวิชาต่างๆ ครู-อาจารย์ประจำแผนกวิชาก่อสร้างมีความต้องการที่จะได้รับการนิเทศอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ในด้านหลักสูตร ด้านเทคนิคและวิธีสอนด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล ด้านอาคารสถานที่ เครื่องจักรและเครื่องมือ ด้านความพร้อมของนักเรียน และด้านปัจจัยสนับสนุนการสอน ครู-อาจารย์ประจำแผนกวิชาช่างไฟมีความต้องการที่จะได้รับการนิเทศอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ในด้านหลักสูตร ด้านเทคนิคและวิธีสอน ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล ด้านอาคารสถานที่ เครื่องจักรและเครื่องมือ ด้านความพร้อมของนักเรียน และด้านปัจจัยสนับสนุนการสอน และอยู่ในระดับน้อย ในด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน ครู-อาจารย์ประจำแผนกวิชาช่างอิเล็กทรอนิคส์มีความต้องการที่จะได้รับการนิเทศอยู่ในระดับมาก ในด้านความพร้อมของนักเรียน อยู่ในระดับปานกลางในด้านหลักสูตร ด้านเทคนิคและวิธีสอน ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล ด้านอาคารสถานที่ เครื่องจักรและเครื่องมือ และด้านปัจจัยสนับสนุนการสอน ครู-อาจารย์ประจำแผนกวิชาช่างเชื่อมและโลหะแผ่น มีความต้องการที่จะได้รับการนิเทศอยู่ในระดับมาก ในด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล และด้านความพร้อมของนักเรียน อยู่ในระดับปานกลางในด้านหลักสูตร ด้านเทคนิคและวิธีสอน ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านอาคารสถานที่ เครื่องจักรและเครื่องมือ และด้านปัจจัยสนับสนุนการสอน ครู-อาจารย์ประจำแผนกวิชาช่างยนต์มีความต้องการที่จะได้รับการนิเทศอยู่ในระดับมากในด้านความพร้อมของนักเรียน อยู่ในระดับปานกลางในด้านหลักสูตร ด้านเทคนิคและวิธีสอน ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล ด้านอาคารสถานที่ เครื่องจักรและเครื่องมือ และด้านปัจจัยสนับสนุนการสอน และอยู่ในระดับน้อยในด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน ครู-อาจารย์ประจำแผนกวิชาช่างกลโรงงาน มีความต้องการที่จะได้รับการนิเทศอยู่ในระดับปานกลางในด้านหลักสูตร ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล ด้านอาคารสถานที่ เครื่องจักรและเครื่องมือ ด้านความพร้อมของนักเรียน และด้านปัจจัยสนับสนุนการสอน และอยู่ในระดับน้อยในด้านเทคนิคและวิธีสอนและด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน ครู-อาจารย์ประจำแผนกวิชาสามัญ มีความต้องการที่จะได้รับการนิเทศอยู่ในระดับมากในด้านอาคารสถานที่ เครื่องจักรและเครื่องมือ และอยู่ในระดับปานกลางในด้านหลักสูตร ด้านเทคนิคและวิธีสอนด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล ด้านความพร้อมของนักเรียน และด้านปัจจัยสนับสนุนการสอน |
| Other Abstract: | Purpose: To assess the need for instructional supervision of teachers in Technical Colleges, Department of Vocational Education Procedure : Sample of this study consisted of 106 building construction teachers, 85 electricity teacher, 65 electronic teachers,121 welding and sheet metal teachers,88 auto-machanics teachers,124 machine teachers and 187 core academic teachers. They were selected by using proportional stratified random sampling technique from 71 Technical Colleges which were proportionally selected from every part of the country. The questionnaire and test were employed as a method for gathering data for this study. Of the total 776 copies of questionnaire and test sent out, 654copies,or 84.27 percent were completed and returned. Data were analized by using percentage, arithemetic mean and standard deviation. Findings : The result of this study were found as follows : The building construction teachers’needs were at the moderate level concerning curriculum, teaching methods and techniques, instructional aids, measurement and evaluation, building machines and hand-tools, students’readiness, and resources for supporting in instruction. The electricity teachers’needs were at the moderate level concerning curriculum, teaching methods and techniques, measurement and evaluation, building machines and hand-tools, students’readiness, and resources for supporting in instruction. While instructional aids were at low level. The electronic teachers’needs were at the high level concerning students’readiness, at the moderate level concerning curriculum, teaching methods and techniques, instructional aids measurement and evaluation, building machines and hand-tools, and resources for supporting in instruction. The welding and sheet metal teachers’needs were at the high level concerning measurement and evaluation and students’readiness, and at the moderate level concerning curriculum, teaching methods and techniques, instructional aids, building machines and hand-tools, and resources for supporting in instruction. The auto-machanics teachers’needs were at the high level concerning students’readiness, at the moderate level concerning curriculum, teaching methods and techniques, measurement and evaluation, building machines and hand-tools, and resources for supporting in instruction. And at the low level concerning instructional aids. The machine teachers’needs were at the moderate level concerning curriculum, measurement and evaluation, building machines and hand-tools, students’readiness, and resources for supporting in instruction, and at the low level concerning teaching methods and techniques, and instructional aids. The core-academic teachers’needs were at the high level concerning building machines and hand-tools, and at the moderate level concerning curriculum, teaching methods and techniques, instructional aids, measurement and evaluation, students’readiness, and resources for supporting in instruction. |
