dc.description.abstractการวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการเรียนการสอนของผู้ให้การอบรมและผู้เข้ารับการอบรมในสาขาวิชาพลศึกษา ของโครงการอบรมครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาประจำการ ในกลุ่มวิทยาลัยครูภาคตะวันตก ผู้วิจัยได้ส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังผู้ให้การอบรม 24 คน และผู้เข้ารับการอบรม 400 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนจากผู้ให้การอบรม คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 และจากผู้เข้ารับการอบรม คิดเป็นร้อยละ 79.50 นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์โดยวิธีหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และจึงนำมาเสนอในรูปตารางและความเรียง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ให้การอบรมและผู้เข้ารับการอบรมมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกันว่า ปัญหาที่ประสบมากคือ การกำหนดเนื้อหาของหลักสูตรไม่เหมาะสมกับระยะเวลาเรียน วิชาเลือกที่กำหนดไว้ในหลักสูตรวิชาพลศึกษาไม่ได้คำนึงถึงความแตกต่าง ความสนใจ และความถนัดของผู้เข้ารับการอบรม ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมขาดโอกาสในการเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันกีฬา ขาดโอกาสในการฝึกหัดการเป็นผู้จัดดำเนินการแข่งขันกีฬา ไม่มีการประเมินผลกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรที่จัดขึ้น ไม่มีเวลาสำหรับการฝึกซ้อมทักษะกีฬาต่างๆ นอกเหนือจากชั่วโมงเรียน เสียค่าใช้จ่ายในการเข้ารับการอบรมสูง ต้องเดินทางมาอบรมไกลเกินไป งบประมาณของภาควิชาในด้านอุปกรณ์ สถานที่ และเครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆน้อยเกินไป ห้องสมุดมีหนังสือ วารสารและเอกสารทางด้านพลศึกษาไม่เพียงพอต่อการค้นคว้า จากการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นระหว่างผู้ให้การอบรมกับผู้เข้ารับการอบรมเกี่ยวกับปัญหาด้านการใช้หลักสูตรพลศึกษาและด้านการเรียนของผู้เข้ารับการอบรมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 จากการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนของความคิดเห็นของผู้ให้การอบรมในกลุ่มวิทยาลัยครูภาคตะวันตกทั้ง 4 สถาบัน พบว่าปัญหาด้านการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 และผู้เข้ารับการอบรมในกลุ่มวิทยาลัยครูภาคตะวันตกทั้ง 4 สถาบัน พบว่า ปัญหาทุกด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this study was to investigate problems confronted by trainers and trainees concerning teaching and learning physical education in the In-Service Training Project for Teachers and Educational Personnel in the Western Region Teachers Colleges. Two sets of questionnaires were sent to 24 trainers and 400 trainees and 100% and 79.50% of the questionnaires filled by trainers and trainees respectively were returned. Data were analysed by means of percentage, means and standard deviations. A t-test and the analysis of variance methods were also employed to determine the significant difference and was presented in tables and composition. It was found that the opinions of both trainers and trainees were the same on the imbalance between the subject contents in the curriculum and assigned semester hours. The electives indicated in the syllabus overlooked the differences, interests and skills of trainees. The trainees had no chance to be in the sport contest. They lacked to train the sport arrangement. No evaluation were made in extra curricular activities. Trainees couldn't spare enough time to practice sports skills. High cost for training was spent since trainees were far from the colleges. Department budget for equipments, location and facilities were very few. Libraries couldn't provide enough books, articles and physical education materials for research. There were significant differences at the .05 level on the problems in utilizing physical education curriculum and learning. There were significant differences at the .05 level on extra curricular activities of trainers and in all problems of trainers in Western Region Teachers Colleges.
