| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบทรัพยากรทางการศึกษา ประสิทธิภาพการสอน และประสิทธิภาพการบริหารโรงเรียนระหว่างโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในประเทศไทย จำแนกตามขนาดประเภท และ เขตที่ตั้งของโรงเรียน โดยใช้ข้อมูลของกองวิจัยการศึกษา สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาแห่งชาติ จากโรงเรียนที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 253 โรง จากข้อมูลครู จำนวน 5075 คน และจากข้อมูลนักเรียนชั้น มัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 และนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 27,038 คน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในประเทศไทยมีทรัพยากรทางการศึกษา ประสิทธิภาพการสอน และประสิทธิภาพการบริหารโรงเรียนแตกต่างสนตามขนาด และเขตที่ตั้งของโรงเรียน กล่าวคือ ทรัพยากรทางการศึกษา : โรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ มีทรัพยากรทางการศึกษามากกว่า โรงเรียนขนาดเล็กและโรงเรียนขนาดกลาง ส่วนเขตที่ตั้งของโรงเรียนนั้น โรงเรียนในภาคกลางและ ภาคเหนือมีทรัพยากรทางการศึกษามากกว่าโรงเรียนในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ นอกจากนั้นโรงเรียน ในเขตการศึกษา 1 และ เขตการศึกษา 8 ก็มีทรัพยากรทางการศึกษามากกว่าโรงเรียนในเขตการศึกษา 9 ประสิทธิภาพการสอน : โรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก มีประสิทธิภาพการสอนมากกว่าโรงเรียนขนาด กลาง โรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ โรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่พิเศษและโรงเรียนขนาดกลางก็มีประสิทธิภาพการสอนมากกว่า โรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ และโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ ส่วนเขตที่ตั้งของโรงเรียนนั้น โรงเรียนในภาคกลางมีประสิทธิภาพการสอนมากกว่าโรงเรียนในภาคตะวันออกเฉียง เหนือ และโรงเรียนในภาคใต้ มีประสิทธิภาพ การสอนมากกว่าโรงเรียนในภาค เหนือ ภาคตะวันออก เฉียงเหนือ และกรุงเทพมหานคร นอกจากนั้น โรงเรียนในเขตการศึกษา 1 มีประสิทธิภาพการสอนมากกว่าโรงเรียนในเขตการศึกษา 3,5,6,7,10 และ โรงเรียนในเขตการศึกษา 3,8 และ 9 มีประสิทธิภาพการสอนมากกว่าโรงเรียนในเขตการศึกษา 7,10 และ 11 ประสิทธิภาพการบริหารโรงเรียน : โรงเรียนขนาดกลางมีประสิทธิภาพการบริหารโรงเรียน มากกว่าโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ และโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ ส่วนเขตที่ตั้งของโรงเรียนนั้น โรงเรียนในภาคกลาง ภาคใต้ ภาคเหนือ และกรุงเทพมหานคร มีประสิทธิภาพการบริหารโรงเรียนมากกว่าโรงเรียนในภาคตะวัน ออกเฉียงเหนือ นอกจากนั้นโรงเรียนในเขตการศึกษา 3,5,6,7,8,12 และกรุงเทพมหานคร มีประสิทธิภาพการบริหารโรงเรียนมากกว่าโรงเรียนในเขตการศึกษา 9 โรงเรียนโนเขตการศึกษา 1,3,4,5,6,7,8,11 และ กรุงเทพมหานคร มีประสิทธิภาพการบริหารโรงเรียนมากกว่าโรงเรียนในเขตการศึกษา 10 และ โรงเรียนในเขต การศึกษา 5 มีประสิทธิภาพการบริหารโรงเรียนมากกว่าโรงเรียนในเขตการศึกษา 11 |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this thesis was to compare the educational resources, teaching efficiency and school administration efficiency among secondary schools in Thailand classified by sizes, types, and locations. Data were taken from Educational Research Division, Office of the National Education Commission The sample consisted of 253 schools, 5075 teachers and 27038 students of Mathayom Suksa 3 and Mafhayom Suksa 6. As a result, the differences of secondary schools in Thailand about educational resources, teaching efficiency, school administration efficiency are depend on sizes and locations, details are as follows:- Educational resources : The largest schools have more educational resources than the middle and the small schools. Furthermore the locations are also effect on educational resources, such as schools in the Central and the Northern Part have more educational resources than the North-Eastern Part, moreover, schools in the education division 1 and 8 have more, educational resources than the educational division 9. Teaching efficiency : The small schools have more efficiency than the middle, the. large and the largest schools, and the middle schools have more efficiency than the large and the largest schools. Furthermore the locations are also effect on teaching efficiency, such as schools in the Central have more teaching efficiency than the North-eastern Part and Schools in the Southern Part have more teaching efficiency than the Northern, the North-Eastern and the Central Part. Moreover, schools in the educational division 1 have more teaching efficiency than educational division 3, 5, 7, and 11, and schools in educational division 3, 8, 9 and 12 have more teaching efficiency than educational division 7, 10 and 11. School administration efficiency : The middle schools have more school administration efficiency than the large and the largest schools. Furthermore the locations are also affect on school administration efficiency, such as Schools in Bangkok, in the Central, the Southern and the Northern Part have more school ammonization efficiency than in the North- Eastern Part, moreover, schools in educational division 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 12 and in Bangkok have more school administration efficiency than educational division 10 and schools in educational division 5 have more school administration efficiency than educational division 11. |
