| Abstract: | จุดประสงค์ของวิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ คือวิเคราะห์ระบบข้อมูลสำหรับสร้างโมเดลข้อมูลและสร้างต้นแบบของฐานข้อมูลรีเลชันสำหรับงานบริหารอาคารสถานที่และพัสดุครุภัณฑ์ของมหาวิทยาลัยภายใต้โครงการจัดทำระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โดยแบ่งระบบงานเป็น3 ระบบงานย่อย ดังนี้ ระบบงานย่อยสัญญา ระบบงานย่อยอาคารสถานที่ และระบบงานย่อยพัสดุครุภัณฑ์ ระบบงานย่อยถูกออกแบบแยกเป็นอิสระและเชื่อมโยงเข้าด้วยกัน เพื่อเชื่อมกับระบบงานอื่น ๆ ภายใต้โครงการระบบสารสนเทศ เพื่อการบริหารจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โดยใช้วิธีการเอนติตี-รีเลชันชิปและกฎต่าง ๆ ของวิธีโมเดลของข้อมูลเชิงตรรก หลังจากโมเดลของข้อมูลเชิงตรรกออกแบบสมบูรณ์ไปแล้วก็จะพัฒนาโมเดลของข้อมูลเชิงกายภาพต่อไป โปรแกรมต้นแบบของระบบงานอาคารสถานที่และพัสดุครุภัณฑ์สำหรับมหาวิทยาลัย พัฒนาด้วยระบบการจัดการฐานข้อมูลออราเคิล ภายใต้ระบบปฏิบัติการยูนิกซ์ ซึ่งโปรแกรมต้นแบบถูกทดสอบแล้วพบว่าผลของการทดสอบเป็นที่น่าพอใจ |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this thesis is to analysis data system for constructing data model and building a prototype of relational database for University's facility management under Management Information System for Chulalongkorn University (MISCU) project. The University's facility system is divided into three subsystems; the contract subsystem, the building subsystem and the inventory subsystem. The subsystems are seperately designed with subsystem linkage for linking to other systems in the MISCU project by using the concept of entity- relationship approach and the rules of logical data model. After completing the logical data model design, then the physical data model was developed. The University's facility system prototype was also developed using ORACLE relational database management system under UNIX operating system. The prototype was tested and the result is satisfy. |
