| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1.เพื่อศึกษาสภาพความพร้อมเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยในการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5-6 โรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดนครราชสีมา 2. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพความพร้อมของครูเกี่ยวกับความรู้ความเข้าใจในการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5-6 โรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดนครราชสีมา 3. เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางในการนิเทศการสอนครูภาษาอังกฤษระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดนครราชสีมา วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย ครูภาษาอังกฤษในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ จำนวน 20 คน ขนาดกลาง จำนวน 88 คน ขนาดเล็ก จำนวน 150 คน และขนาดเล็กมาก จำนวน 66 คน เป็นจำนวนรวมทั้งสิ้น 324 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบง่าย จากโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดนครราชสีมา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบวัดความเข้าใจ ซึ่งได้ส่งไปยังกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 324 ฉบับ ได้รับคืน จำนวน 299 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 92.28 ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สรุปผลการวิจัย 1. สภาพความพร้อมเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยในการจัดการเรียนการสอน 1.1ด้านผู้สนับสนุนการสอน ผู้บริหาร ครูภาษาอังกฤษในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาทุกขนาด ส่วนใหญ่ได้รับการสนับสนุนด้านขวัญและกำลังใจจากผู้บริหารดีมาก แต่ให้การสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมน้อยในด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน ความรู้ความเข้าใจในการใช้สื่อ การจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ และการให้บริการหนังสือและข่าวสาร เพื่อเพิ่มพูนความรู้ความเข้าใจในการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษแก่ครู และเมื่อครูมีปัญหาในการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ ผู้บริหารส่วนใหญ่ในโรงเรียนทุกขนาด ให้ความช่วยเหลือพอสมควร 1.2 ด้านห้องสมุด ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ จัดหนังสือแบบเรียนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ ไว้ในห้องสมุดอย่างเพียงพอ แต่ในโรงเรียนขนาดกลาง เล็ก และเล็กมาก จัดไว้ค่อนข้างน้อย ส่วนหนังสือคู่มือการสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับครูนั้น ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาทุกขนาด จัดไว้ในห้องสมุดค่อนข้างน้อย 1.3 ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน โรงเรียนประถมศึกษาทุกขนาด ส่วนใหญ่มีวัสดุอุปกรณ์ไม่เพียงพอกับความต้องการในการใช้ของครู ยกเว้นหนังสือคู่มือการสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษที่มีอย่างเพียงพอ และในเรื่องความรู้ความเข้าใจของครู เกี่ยวกับการใช้อุปกรณ์ประกอบการเรียนการสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ ครูในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ และขนาดกลาง ส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจดี แต่ในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก และเล็กมาก ครูส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจค่อนข้างน้อย 1.4 ด้านอาคารสถานที่ โรงเรียนประถมศึกษาทุกขนาด ส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีปัญหาในเรื่องแสงสว่างในห้องเรียน และมีเสียงรบกวนน้อย สำหรับเรื่องขนาดของห้องเรียนในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ ขนาดกลาง และขนาดเล็ก ส่วนใหญ่สะดวกกับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน แต่ในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กมาก ส่วนใหญ่สะดวกกับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนน้อย 2. สภาพความพร้อมของนักเรียนในการเรียนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาทุกขนาด ส่วนใหญ่เศรษฐกิจของผู้ปกครองเป็นปัญหาต่อการเรียนการสอนมาก สำหรับเรื่องอุปกรณ์การเรียนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ ขนาดกลาง และขนาดเล็ก เป็นปัญหาต่อการเรียนการสอนน้อย แต่ในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กมาก เป็นปัญหาต่อการเรียนการสอนมาก ในเรื่องสุขภาพและการมาเรียนของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ ขนาดกลาง และขนาดเล็ก ส่วนใหญ่เป็นปัญหาต่อการเรียนการสอนน้อย ส่วนในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กมาก ส่วนใหญ่ไม่เป็นปัญหาต่อการเรียนการสอน 3. สภาพความพร้อมของครูเกี่ยวกับความรู้ความเข้าใจในการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ ครูภาษาอังกฤษในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ ส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจมากด้านหลักสูตร วิธีการสอนและเทคนิคการสอน และการวัดผลและประเมินผล ส่วนด้านเนื้อหาวิชา และสื่อการเรียนการสอน ครูส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจระดับปานกลาง ครูภาษาอังกฤษในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดกลาง มีความรู้ความเข้าใจมากด้านหลักสูตร วิธีการสอนและเทคนิคการสอน และการวัดผลและประเมินผลในด้านเนื้อหาวิชา ครูส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจน้อย และด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอนมีความรู้ความเข้าใจระดับปานกลาง ครูภาษาอังกฤษในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก ส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจมากด้านหลักสูตร และการวัดผลและประเมินผล ในด้านวิธีสอนและเทคนิคการสอน และด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน ครูส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจระดับปานกลาง และด้านเนื้อหาวิชาครูส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจน้อย ครูภาษาอังกฤษในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็กมาก ส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจมากด้านหลักสูตร มีความรู้ความเข้าใจระดับปานกลางด้านวิธีการสอนและเทคนิคการสอน สื่อการเรียนการสอน และการวัดผลและประเมินผล และมีความรู้ความเข้าใจน้อยที่สุดด้านเนื้อหาวิชา 4. การนำเสนอแนวทางการนิเทศการสอน เป็นการนำเสนอแนวทางการนิเทศการสอนในรูปของโปรแกรม 3 โปรแกรม โดยจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน ซึ่งโปรแกรมการนิเทศการสอนครูภาษาอังกฤษในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาทุกขนาด จะเป็นเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ ระดับประถมศึกษา ตามหลักสูตรประถมศึกษา พุทธศักราช 2521 โดยที่โปรแกรมของโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ และขนาดกลาง จะเน้นเนื้อหาด้านเนื้อหาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษและสื่อการเรียนการสอน โปรแกรมของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก จะเน้นเนื้อหาวิชาด้านเนื้อหาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ วิธีการสอนและเทคนิคการสอน และสื่อการเรียนการสอน และ โปรแกรมของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กมาก จะเน้นเนื้อหาด้านเนื้อหาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ วิธีสอนและเทคนิคการสอน สื่อการเรียนการสอน และการวัดผลและประเมินผล |
| Other Abstract: | Purposes: 1. To study the instructional condition factors with regard to the instruction of English subject of Pratom 5-6 in the Elementary schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Provincial Primary Education in Changwat Nakhon Ratchasima. 2. To study the instructional conditions of English teachers with regard to their instructional understanding in English subject of Pratom 5-6 in the elementary schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Provincial Primary Education in Changwat Nakhon Ratchasima. 3. To propose guidelines for instructional supervision for elementary school English teachers under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Provincial Primary Education in Changwat Nakhon Ratchasima. Procedures: Sample of this study consisted of 20 English teachers from large size elementary schools, 88 from medium size, 150 from the small size and 66 from the smallest size. They were selected by using simple random sampling techniques from elementary schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Provincial Primary Education in Changwat Nakhon Ratchasima which made the total to be 299 in numbers. Questionnaire and test were employed as a method of gathering data for this study. Of the total 324 copies of questionnaire and test sent out, 299 copies, or 92.28 percent were completed and returned. They were analyzed by using percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation. Findings: 1. The instructional condition factors with regard to the instruction of English Subject were found as follows: 1.1 Administrators Teachers’ moral in all size schools were supported at high level but rather low with regard to the instructional aids, the understanding of using them, the instruction and the provision of reference materials for improving the instruction. 1.2 Library The library could not provide adequate instructional materials and reading materials except in the large size schools. 1.3 Instructional aids Schools in all size were lack of instructional aids but the teachers’ handbooks were enough. The teachers’ understanding of using the instructional aids in the large and medium size schools were at high level but rather low in the small and smallest size schools. 1.4 Buildings Most of the schools in all size had no problems with regard to the light and noise in the classes but it still had problem concerning the size of the classes in the smallest size schools. 2. The instructional conditions with regard to the students Most of the students’ parents in all size schools were poor and that caused the problems especially in the smallest size schools. But there were not problems about the students’ health and their attending school. 3. The instructional conditions of English teachers with regard to their instructional understanding in English Subject. The English teachers’ understanding in the large size schools concerning curriculum, teaching methods including techniques and [m]easurement and evaluation were at high level while their understanding, concerning content of English subject and instructional aids, were at moderate level. The English teachers’ understanding in the medium size schools concerning curriculum, teaching methods and techniques and measurement and evaluation were at high level. Their understanding, concerning content of English subject, were at low level and their understanding, concerning instructional aids, were at moderate level. The English teachers’ understanding in the small size schools concerning curriculum and measurement and evaluation were at high level. Their understanding, concerning teaching methods and techniques and instructional aids, were at moderate level and their understanding, concerning content of English subject, were at low level. The English teachers’ understanding in the smalles size schools concerning curriculum were at high level. Their understanding, concerning teaching methods and techniques, instructional aids including measurement and evaluation, were at moderate level and their understanding, concerning content of English subject, were at the lowest level. 4. A proposed guideline for instructional supervision The guidelines for instructional Supervision was proposed in three programs, each programs for schools of each size. These programs contained the English subject content according to the Elementary School Curriculum B.E. 2521. The programs of the large and medium size schools contained the content of English subject and instructional aids. The program of the small size schools contained the content of English subject, teaching methods and techniques including instructional aids while the program of the smallest size schools contained the content of English subject, teaching methods and techniques, instructional aids including measurement and evaluation. |
