| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบ การใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารกับการยอมตามอำนาจของผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารและครูอาจารย์ตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหาร ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารและครูอาจารย์ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยที่ตอบแบบสอบถาม ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารจำนวน 56 คน ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารจำนวน 224 คน ครูอาจารย์จำนวน 385 คน แบบสอบถามในการวิจัยครั้งนี้สร้างขึ้นโดยอาศัยแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับแหล่งอำนาจ 7 แหล่ง ของ Hersey และ Blanchard ได้แก่ อำนาจจากการบังคับ อำนาจตามกฎหมาย อำนาจความเชี่ยวชาญ อำนาจการให้รางวัล อำนาจอ้างอิง อำนาจข่าวสารข้อมูล และอำนาจการเชื่อมโยง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้บริหารใช้อำนาจระดับมากที่สุด คือ อำนาจข่าวสารข้อมูล ระดับมาก คือ อำนาจความเชี่ยวชาญ อำนาจการให้รางวัล และอำนาจการเชื่อมโยง ระดับน้อย คือ อำนาจตามกฎหมาย อำนาจอ้างอิง และอำนาจจากการบังคับ ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารยอมตามอำนาจระดับมาก คือ อำนาจข่าวสารข้อมูล และอำนาจความเชี่ยวชาญ ระดับน้อย คือ อำนาจการให้รางวัล อำนาจตามกฎหมาย อำนาจการเชื่อมโยง อำนาจอ้างอิง และอำนาจจากการบังคับ ครูอาจารย์ยอมตามอำนาจระดับมาก คือ อำนาจข่าวสารข้อมูล อำนาจตามกฎหมาย และอำนาจความเชี่ยวชาญ ระดับน้อย คือ อำนาจการให้รางวัล อำนาจจากการบังคับ อำนาจการเชื่อมโยง และอำนาจอ้างอิง เมื่อเปรียบเทียบการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารกับการยอมตามอำนาจของผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารและครูอาจารย์ พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ในทุกประเภทของอำนาจ |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study and compare exercising power of administrators to compliance power of assistant administrators, and teachers in extra large secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education, Bangkok Metropolis. The study sample consisted of 56 administrators, 224 assistant administrators, and 385 teachers who were answered the questionnaire. The questionnaire from used in this research was constructed into 7 aspects according to Hersey and Blanchard’s sources of power, namely: coercive power, legitimate power, expert power, reward power, referent power, information power, and connection power. The results of the study indicated that administrators exercising information power at the highest level, expert power, reward power and connection power at the high level, legitimate power, referent power and coercive power at the low level. Assistant administrators compliance to information power and expert power at the high level, reward power, legitimate power, connection power, referent power and coercive power at the low level. Teachers compliance to information power, legitimate power and expert power at the high level, reward power, coercive power, connection power and referent power at the low level. When the perception of administrators, assistant administrators, and teachers were compared regarding the 7 sources of power mentioned above, it was found that there were statistically significant difference at .05 level. |
