| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อวิชาชีพครูในด้านสถานภาพวิชาชีพครู ลักษณะของครูและแนวทางส่งเสริมวิชาชีพครูของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนระดับประถม มัธยม และอาชีวศึกษาของรัฐบาลและเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลทางไปรษณีย์ได้รับคืนจำนวนร้อยละ 61 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสถานภาพวิชาชีพครูในระดับที่ดีและเห็นว่าเป็นอาชีพที่สร้างคนให้มีคุณภาพมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือสร้างความเจริญให้สังคมและประเทศชาติต้องศึกษาหาความรู้อยู่เสมอ อดทนและเสียสละตามลำดับ ข้อที่เห็นด้วยน้อยสุดคือ สบายมีเวลาว่างมากโดยส่วนรวมผู้บริหารโรงเรียนรัฐบาลและเอกชนมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสถานภาพวิชาชีพครูแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับลักษณะของครู พบว่าอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และเห็นว่าลักษณะของครูปัจจุบันคือ ให้ความยุติธรรมต่อนักเรียนมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือฝึกกิริยามารยาทนักเรียน แต่งการสุภาพ รู้จักให้อภัย เคร่งครัดในระเบียบวินัย เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีแก่นักเรียน และเห็นด้วยน้อยที่สุดคือ มักถูกวิพากษ์วิจารณ์จากนักเรียน โดยส่วนร่วมผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่มีประสบการณ์ 1-10ปี และ 21ปีขึ้นไป มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับลักษณะของครูแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05จากผลการวิเคราะห์คำถามปลายเปิดพบว่า ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนรัฐบาลและเอกชนมีความเห็นเกี่ยวกับแนวทางส่งเสริมวิชาชีพครูด้านฐานะเศรษฐกิจเหมือนกันคือ เพิ่มเงินเดือน ให้สวัสดิการ แนวทางอื่นต่างกัน ลดภาษีเงินรายได้และต้องประหยัด แนวทางด้านสังคมที่เหมือนกันคือ เข้าร่วมพัฒนาชุมชนอบรมนักเรียน แนวทางอื่นๆ คือ ให้โรงเรียนเป็นศูนย์กลางจัดกิจกรรม ให้บริการวิชาการแก่ชุมชน และปฏิบัติตนเป็นตัวอย่างที่ดีแก่ชุมชน ส่วนด้านวิชาชีพ แนวทางที่เหมือนกันเป็นอันดับ 1 คือ จัดทำจรรยาบรรณครูแนวทางอื่นๆ คือ กำหนดเกณฑ์การคัดเลือกนักศึกษาครู เพิ่มเงินเดือน มอบหมายงานให้ตรงความสามารถออกใบประกอบวิชาชีพ ปรับองค์กรวิชาชีพ และสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจครู |
| Other Abstract: | The research aimed to study and compare the opinions of schooladministrators in Bangkok Metropolis concerning teaching profession in 3categories; professional status, teacher characteristics and professionaldevelopment. Questionnaires were mailed to both public and private schooladministrators of elementary, secondary and vocational schools, 61 percent wasreturned. Data were analyzed by One-way Analysis of Variance and contentanalysis was applied.The results showed the opinions pertaining professional status ina good level. The highest ranks respectively were: (1) educate humanresources; (2) create prosperity to nation; (3) must continue studying and(4) endure. The Lowest rank was to have a lot of spare time. A moderatelevel of the opinion pertaining teacher characteristics was found. Theteacher characteristics ranked highest were: (1) treat student fairly;(2) teach good manners; (3) dress politely; (4) forgive; (5) discipline and(6) precede good behaviors. The lowest rank was to be criticized by student.There were significant differences pertaining professional status opinionsbetween public and private school administrators at the .01 level and teachercharacteristics opinions between 1-10 and more than 21 year-experiencedschool administrators at the .05 level.The open-ended questionnaires analysis showed the consistent opinionspertaining professional development in 3 aspects. Economic aspects weresalary increasing and welfare provision. Social aspects were socialdevelopment participation and instruction student for good citizenship.Professional aspects were teaching ethics; criteria for teaching studentenrollment and income (salary) increasing. |
