| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบสภาพ และปัญหาของการบริหารงานบุคคลในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัด ในเขตการศึกษา 4 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพ และปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานบุคคลในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเป็นดังนี้ 1. สภาพการบริหารงานบุคคล : โรงเรียนประถมศึกษาได้ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานบุคคล ในด้านการพัฒนาบุคคลเป็นอันดับ 1 ด้านการธำรงรักษาบุคคลเป็นอันดับ 2 ด้านการให้บุคคลพ้นจากงานเป็นอันดับ 3 และด้านการแสวงหาบุคคลเป็นอันดับ 4 2. ปัญหาในการบริหารงานบุคคล : เป็นปัญหาที่อยู่ในระดับเป็นปัญหามาก เป็นปัญหากลาง และเป็นปัญหาน้อย ปัญหาที่โรงเรียนเห็นว่าสำคัญมากมีเพียงปัญหาเดียว คือ โรงเรียนไม่สามารถกำหนดคุณวุฒิ/วิชาเอกของครูโรงเรียนเองได้ และมีปัญหาระดับปานกลาง 5 ปัญหา |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to investigate the states of the personnel administration in elementary schools under the jurisdiction of the provincial primary education office, educational region 4. It was found that personnel administration in elementary schools emphasized personnel development and personnel maintenance. The problems concerned were not serious problems. Both school administrators and teachers indicated that they want to participate in setting up school personnel qualifications. |
