| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบอัตราการตอบกลับและความคงเส้นคงวาในการการตอบแบบสอบถามที่ส่งทางไปรษณีย์โดยให้สิ่งล่อใจ 2 ชนิด คือ หนังสือการสร้างและพัฒนาเครื่องมือวัดลักษณะผู้เรียน ไปพร้อมกับแบบสอบถาม วิธีการให้รางวัลโดยการจับฉลากจากรหัสของแบบสอบถามที่ตอบกลับคืน และวิธีที่ไม่มีการให้สิ่งล่อใจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรเป็นครู-อาจารย์ ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสายสามัญศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 450 คน วิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบอัตราการตอบกลับและความคงเส้นวาในการตอบเป็นรายสัปดาห์ โดยวิธีการให้สิ่งล่อใจที่ต่างกัน ด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนสองทางชนิดที่การวัดเป็นความถี่ร้อยละ 1 จำนวนใน 1 รายการ และทดสอบสัดส่วนความเท่ากันของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามและความคงเส้นคงวาในการตอบที่เป็นผลรวมโดยวิธีการให้สิ่งล่อใจที่ต่างกันด้วยการวิเคราะห์ไคสแคว์ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. อัตราการตอบกลับรายสัปดาห์ของแบบสอบถามที่ส่งทางไปรษณีย์โดยวิธีการให้สิ่งล่อใจที่ต่างกันมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยอัตราการตอบกลับในสัปดาห์ที่ 1 และ 2 มีอัตราการตอบกลับสูงสุด และไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนอัตราการตอบกลับในสัปดาห์ที่ 3 มีอัตราต่ำสุด 2. อัตราความคงเส้นคงวาในการตอบแบบสอบถามกลับเป็นรายสัปดาห์โดยวิธีการให้สิ่งล่อใจที่ต่างกัน ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. อัตราตอบกลับและความคงเส้นคงวาของแบบสอบถามที่ส่งทางไปรษณีย์ โดยวิธีการให้สิ่งล่อใจที่ต่างกัน ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to compare response rates and consistency in responding to mailed questionnaires by different incentives; circulating books to the teachers who recieved the questionnaire, a raffle to encourage responding to the survey, and no incentive provided. A sample was selected comprising 450 teachers from Public Secondary Schools in Bangkok Metropolis. The mailed questionnaires returned were analyzed by mean of Two-way Analysis of Variance with one percentage per cell to compare the rates of return and consistency, and by chi-square test of homogeneity of proportions. Major findings were as follows: 1. The weekly response rates of mailing questionnaires by different incentives were significantly different at .05 level. The response rates in the first and the second week were the highest response rates and were not significantly different at .05 level, while the response rate in the third week was the lowest. 2. The weekly consistency rates in answering mailed questionnaire by different incentives were not significantly different at .05 level. 3. The rates of response and consistency in responding mailed questionnaires were not significantly different at .05 level. |
