| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสภาพปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนของนักศึกษาที่เรียนวิชาชีพหลักสูตรระยะสั้นเพื่อการเทียบโอนและไม่เทียบโอนหน่วยกิต และเพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการนำความรู้ไปใช้ของนักศึกษาที่จบการศึกษาวิชาชีพหลักสูตรระยะสั้นที่เทียบโอนและไม่เทียบโอนหน่วยกิจในอำเภอขามสะแกแสง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยเป็นนักศึกษาที่ศึกษาวิชาชีพหลักสูตรระยะสั้นและนักศึกษาที่ศึกษาวิชาชีพหลักระยะสั้นควบคู่หลักสูตรการศึกษานอกโรงเรียนสายสามัญในระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยส่งแบบสอบถามไป 214 ชุด ได้รับกลับคืน 200 ชุด และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้โปรแกรม SPSS+ เพื่อหาค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (X) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.รวมสรุปความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพปัญหาของนักศึกษาที่เรียนวิชาชีพหลักสูตรระยะสั้นเพื่อการเทียบโอน มีปัญหาระดับน้อย (X = 2.44) 2.รวมสรุปความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพปัญหาของนักศึกษาที่เรียนวิชาชีพหลักสูตรระยะสั้นแต่ไม่นำไปใช้เพื่อการเทียบโทน มีปัญหาระดับน้อย (X = 2.00) 3.รวมสรุปความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการนำความรู้ไปใช้ของนักศึกษาที่เรียนวิชาชีพหลักสูตรระยะสั้นเพื่อการเทียบโอน มีปัญหาระดับน้อย (X = 2.26) 4.รวมสรุปความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการนำความรู้ไปใช้ของนักศึกษาที่เรียนวิชาชีพหลักสูตรระยะสั้นแต่ไม่นำไปใช้เพื่อการเทียบโทน มีปัญหาระดับน้อย (X = 2.49) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาที่เรียนวิชาชีพหลักสูตรระยะสั้นเพื่อการเทียบโอนกับนักศึกษาที่เรียนวิชาชีพหลักสูตรระยะสั้นแต่ไม่นำไปใช้เพื่อการเทียบโอนเกี่ยวกับสภาพปัญหาทั้ง 4 ด้าน มีความแตกต่างดังนี้ ด้านหลักสูตรแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ด้านสื่อ อุปกรณ์ วัสดุฝึกแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ด้านจัดการเรียนการสอนของวิทยากรแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้นด้านนักศึกษาไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความเห็นของนักศึกษาเกี่ยวกับผลรวมของปัญหามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนความคิดเห็นชองนักศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการนำความรู้ไปใช้มีความแตกต่างกันดังนี้ ด้านการเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงานมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ด้านการนำความรู้ไปใช้ประกอบอาชีพอิสระมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และด้านการนำความรู้ไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความเห็นของนักศึกษาเกี่ยวกับผลรวมการนำความรู้ไปใช้มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this study were to study and compare the opinion concerning the situational problems and the usage of knowledge of students studying in vocational short-course for transferring and non-transfering credit in Kamsdkeasang district, Nakornrachasima province. The sample consisted of 200 students studying in vocational short-courses for transferring and non-transfering. The research instrument used for data collection was a rating scale questionnaire and data were analyzed by the use of SPSS+ to find the percentage, mean and standard deviation and t-test. The findings were as follows : 1.The conclusion of the opinion concerning the situational problems of students studying in vocational short-course for transferring was 2.The conclusion of the opinion concerning the situational problems of students studying in vocational short-course for non-transfering was the problems at the less level (X = 2.00) 3.The conclusion of the usage of knowledge of students studying in vocational short-course for transfering was the problems at the less level (X = 2.26) 4.The conclusion of the usage of knowledge of students studying in vocational short-course for non-transfering was the problems at the less level (X = 2.49) In comparing the opinion between the students studying in vocational short-course for transferring and the students in non-transfering their opinion concerning the problems in four aspe t were the curriculum aspect was significant difference at the .01 level, the instructional technology aspect was significant difference at the .01, the classroom management of the trainer aspect was significant difference at the .05 except on the students aspect was not significant difference was statistic difference at the .05 level. In comparing the whole of four aspect concerning the problems was statistie difference at the .01 level. The opinion concerning the usage of knowledge was that the labour force aspect was significant difference at .01 level, the self-employment aspect was significant difference at the .01 level, the usage of knowledge into the daily life aspect was significant difference at the .05 level.
