| Abstract: | ในการศึกษางานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวางแผนปรับปรุงการเก็บขนและกำจัดมูลฝอยในเขตเทศบาลเมืองอุดรธานี ผลการศึกษาแสดงการวางแผนปรับปรุงการเก็บรวบรวมมูลฝอยโดยมีเป้าหมายให้สามารถบริการประชาชนได้ครอบคลุม 90% ของประชากร โดยกำหนดให้อายุการใช้งานของรถเก็บขนมูลฝอยประมาณ 8 ปี รถเก็บขนมูลฝอยแต่ละคันทำการเก็บขนมูลฝอยวันละ 2 เที่ยว โดยมีเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์สำหรับใช้ซ่อมแซมและบำรุงรักษารถเก็บขนมูลฝอย มีถังมูลฝอยที่ให้บริการเพียงพอที่จะรองรับมูลฝอยได้ประมาณ 50% ของปริมาณมูลฝอยที่เกิดขึ้นรายวัน ในระยะเวลา 4 ปี (2535-2538) เทศบาลมีความต้องการรถเก็บขนมูลฝอยใหม่จำนวน 6 คัน ประกอบด้วย รถเก็บขนมูลฝอยขนาดความจุ 8 ลบ.ม. จำนวน 2 คัน และขนาดความจุ 11 ลบ.ม. จำนวน 4 คัน และต้องปรับปรุงเส้นทางเก็บขนมูลฝอยเพื่อลดการซ้ำซ้อนของการเก็บขนของรถแต่ละคัน สำหรับการกำจัดมูลฝอยที่เหมาะสมกับเทศบาลเมืองอุดรธานีได้เลือกใช้วิธีการกำจัดมูลฝอยแบบกลบฝังดินอย่างถูกหลักสุขาภิบาลแทนการเทกองที่ปฏิบัติอยู่ในปัจจุบัน พื้นที่กำจัดมูลฝอยใหม่เป็นที่สาธารณะประโยชน์มีเนื้อที่ประมาณ 300 ไร่ ตั้งอยู่ทางทิศตะวันออกและห่างจากเมืองประมาณ 10 กม. เครี่องจักรที่ใช้ในพื้นที่กำจัดมูลฝอยได้แก่ รถดันตีนตะขาบ 2 คัน, รถขุดตีนตะขาบ 1 คัน, รถบรรทุก 6 ล้อ 1 คัน และรถกระบะ 1 คัน สำหรับผู้ควบคุมดำเนินการ รวมทั้งมีการเตรียมพื้นที่สำหรับสร้างระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียที่เกิดจากมูลฝอย ถนนและสะพานเข้าพื้นที่ ถนนและระบบระบายน้ำผิวดินในพื้นที่ บ้านพักคนงาน สำนักงาน เครื่องชั่งน้ำหนัก โรงเก็บและซ่อมรถ ป้อมยาม และต้นไม้ที่จะปลูกรอบๆ พื้นที่กำจัดมูลฝอย อายุการใช้งานของพื้นที่มากกว่า 30 ปี ค่าลงทุนสำหรับการจัดการมูลฝอยของเทศบาลเมืองอุดรธานีประมาณ 48.87 ล้านบาท |
| Other Abstract: | The objectives of the study is to plan and improve solid waste collection and disposal in Udon Thani Municipality. The results of the study show the solid waste management planning in order to improve solid waste collection service for 90 percent of population. Service life of garbage truck is set to be 8 years. Each garbage truck will be operated 2 collection-trips per day. The maintenance facilities are provided. Garbage containers are also provided for 50 percent of the daily waste generation. Within the next 4 years (1992-1995), the municipality will require 6 garbage truck comprise of 2-8 cu.m. garbage trucks and 4-11 cu.m. garbage trucks. It is also required rerouting of garbage trucks in order to avoid repeated collection routes between each garbage truck. For solid waste disposal, Sanitary landfill is proposed to replace the open dump practice. The proposed new landfill site is located at public land having an area of 300 rais located about 10 km east of the city. Landfill equipment will be provided including 2 buldozers, 1 excavator, 1 dump truck and 1 pickup truck for site supervisor. In addition, leachate treatment plant, staff house, office building, weighbridge, garage, guard house, and planting around the site will be provided. The estimated life of the proposed 300 rai landfill site is more than 30 years. The estimate capital cost for solid waste management for the municipality is about 48.87 MB. |
