| dc.description.abstract | การมีเพศสัมพันธ์ครั้งแรกในระยะ 6 สัปดาห์หลังคลอดเริ่มช้าหรือเร็วนั้นขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพความพร้อมทางด้านร่างกายจิตใจอารมณ์และสังคมของคู่สามีและภรรยาโดยทั่วไปสตรีหลังคลอดจะได้รับคำแนะนำให้งดมีเพศสัมพันธ์ในระยะ 6 สัปดาห์หลังคลอดเพื่อป้องกันการติดเชื้อและการฉีกขาดของแผล ฝีเย็บ แต่มีสตรีหลังคลอดจํานวนหนึ่งที่มีเพศสัมพันธ์แล้วในระยะดังกล่าวดังนั้นการศึกษานี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ของสตรีในระยะหลังคลอดโดยทำการศึกษาสตรีในระยะ 6 สัปดาห์หลังคลอดจำนวน 235 รายที่มารับบริการตรวจหลังคลอต ณ โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระปิ่นเกล้าทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้างนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาแจกแจงความถี่คำนวณหาค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยและทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกลุ่มด้วยสถิติทดสอบ chi-square ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1. ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ในระยะ 6 สัปดาห์หลังคลอดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ อายุของสตรีหลังคลอด รายได้ของครอบครัว ระยะเวลาที่น้ำคาวปลาหมดการคุมกำเนิด การเลี้ยงบุตรด้วยนม ความต้องการทางเพศของสามีและสตรีหลังคลอด และทัศนคติต่อการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ในระยะหลังคลอด 2. ปัจจัยที่ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ในระยะ 6 สัปดาห์หลังคลอด ได้แก่ อายุของสามีสตรีหลังคลอดจำนวนบุตรที่มีชีวิตระยะเวลาการสมรสแบบแผนความเชื่อระดับการศึกษาความรู้เรื่องเพศสัมพันธ์ในระยะหลังคลอดวิธีการตลอดการตัดและเย็บฝีเย็บ | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The first sexual relationship during the first 6 weeks postpartum can occur sooner or later depending on physical fitness, mental stability and Societal customs of the couple. It is generally recommended that postpartum mothers should avoid sexual relationship during puerperium in order to prevent complications such as pelvic infection and laceration of episiotomy wound. However there are considerable number of couples who have sexual relationship during this period. The purpose of this research was to study factor associated with sexual relationship of postpartum mothers. The sample was composed of 235 mothers, during 6 weeks postpartum follow up, at Somdejprapinklao Hospital. The data was collected by using the structured interview method. Analysis of data was facilitated by frequency distribution, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and chi-Square test The results show that 1. Many factors associated with sexual relationship during puerperium were woman 's age, family income, the time of disappearance of lochia, feeding, husband' s sex desire, contraceptive practice and attitude to sexual relationship. 2. The other factors that did not related to sexual relationship were husband’s age, living child, length of marriage, education levels, knowledge about sexual relationship, method of delivery and episiotomy. | - |
