| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยคัดสรร ซึ่งประกอบด้วยส่วนบุคคลประสบการณ์ในอดีต คำพูดปากต่อปากและการสื่อสารจากภายนอก กับความคาดหวัง คุณภาพบริการโรงพยาบาลของผู้ป่วยในโรงพยาบาลเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร รวมทั้งศึกษาปัจจัยที่เป็นตัวทำนายความคาดหวังคุณภาพบริการ โรงพยาบาลของป่วยใน โรงพยาบาลเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยจำนวน 400 คน ที่ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามนั้นผู้วิจัยพัฒนาจากวรรณคดีและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยการพิจารณาจากผู้ทรง คุณวุฒิ 8 ท่าน และมีค่าความเที่ยงภายในของเครื่องมือเท่ากับ 0.97 ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่า 1.ปัจจัยประสบการณ์ในอดีตโดยเฉพาะการเคยเป็นผู้ป่วยใน โรงพยาบาลเอกชนกลุ่มตัวอย่างมากกว่า 8 ครั้ง การมีผู้สนับสนุนค่าใช้จ่ายและการเคยเป็นผู้ป่วยในโรงพยาบาลเอกชนอื่น 3-4 ครั้ง และ 5-6 ครั้ง มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความคาดหวังคุณภาพบริการโรงพยาบาลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิตที่ระดับ.05 2.กลุ่มตัวแปรที่สามารถร่วมกันทำนายความคาดหวังคุณภาพบริการโรงพยาบาลของผู้ป่วยใน โรงพยาบาลเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 มี 3 ตัวแปร โดยสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของความคาดหวังคุณภาพบริการโรงพยาบาลได้ร้อยละ 6.00 ( R² =0.0600 ) ได้สมการทำนายในรูปแบบคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้ Z = 0.1746 การเคยเป็นผู้ป่วยใน ในโรงพยาบาลเอกชนกลุ่มตัวอย่างมากกว่า 8 ครั้ง + 0.1370 การมีผู้สนับสนุนค่าใช้จ่าย + 0.1050 การเคยเป็นปู้ป่วยในโรงพยาบาลเอกชนอื่น 3-4 ครั้ง |
| Other Abstract: | The man purposes of this research were to study the relationships between personal factors, past experience, word-of-mouth and external communication with expected hospital quality service of inpatients. The research. Subjects consisted of 400 inpatients, randomly selected through multistage sampling technique. The instrument was developed by the researcher and had been fasted for content validity. The reliability of the questionairs tested by Cronbach Alpha Coefficient, was 0.97. The data were analysed by using Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. The major findings were as follows: 1. Past experience of making used hospitals services over 8 times, hospital fee supporters, making used of other hospitals services for 3-4 times and 5-6 times respectively. Were positively related to hospital service quality-expectation of inpatients and signigicant at .05 level. 2. The variables which significantly predicted hospital service quality-expectation at the .05 leval. That three variables could explained varience of hospital quality service and accounted for 6.00 (R² = 0.0600) of the variance. The standardized score function was as follow.
