Abstract:	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการและการใช้ข้อมูล สารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.ในจำนวนรายการข้อมูลสารสนเทศด้านบุคลากร การจัดการเรียนการสอน วัสดุ ครุภัณฑ์อาคารสถานที่ งบประมาณ และสภาพแวดล้อม รวม 172 รายการ ผู้บริหารมีความต้องการอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 7 รายการ ได้แก่ แผนการเรียนของโรงเรียน จำนวนนักเรียนจำแนกตามแผนการเรียน จำนวนนักเรียนที่ติด 0,ร,มส เป็นรายชั้นและรายภาคเรียน รายรับรายจ่ายจากเงินบำรุงการศึกษา และเงินงบประมาณจำแนกตามหมวดเงินงบประมาณ เงินบำรุงการศึกษาที่ได้รับการจัดสรร และงบที่จ่ายจริงของฝ่ายแล้วหมวดวิชาต่าง ๆ จำนวนนักเรียน รายชื่อและจำนวนโรงเรียนของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา และมัธยมศึกษาในเขตพื้นที่บริการของโรงเรียน รายการที่เหลือต้องการอยู่ในระดับมาก 156 รายการ และระดับปานกลาง 9 รายการ 2. การนำข้อมูลสารสนเทศเหล่านี้ไปใช้บริหารงานวิชาการ ธุรการ ปกครองและบริการเกือบทุกรายการมีผู้ระบุว่านำไปใช้เกินครึ่ง รายการที่ทุกคนระบุว่านำไปใช้มี 40 รายการ และรายการที่ระบุว่านำไปใช้ต่ำกว่าครึ่งได้แก่ การจัดหาที่พักนักเรียน การอยู่เวรยาม ดูแล รักษาความปลอดภัยสถานที่ราชการ และการควบคุมพฤติกรรม
Other Abstract:	The purpose of this study was to investigate the needs and utilization of management information in large secondary schools. It was found that: 1.Among the 172 items of data and information concerning personnel, instructional management, materials and equipment, buildings and premises, budget, and context, the seven items needed by school administrators at the highest level were school program of study; number of pupils by program; number of pupils graded F,I and M by class and by semester; Income and expenditure from tuition fees and central government budget classified by category: tuition fees allocated and the actual expenditure of each department; number of pupils, list and number of primary schools and secondary schools in each catchment area. As for the remaining items, 156 of them were rated high 9 itemes were rated moderate. 2. As for the utilization of data and information for the management of academic affairs, general administration, personnel administration and service, most of the items were specified by more than half of the respondents while 40 items were specified by everyone. The items used by less than half of them were the arrangement of pupil accommodation, safety guards and discipline control.
