| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1.เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของหน่วยงานรัฐบาลในการให้การศึกษาแก่สตรีไทยเพื่อพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ และสังคม 2.เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของเจ้าหน้าที่ในหน่วยงานรัฐบาลเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของหน่วยงานใน การศึกษาแก่สตรีไทยเพื่อพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ และสังคม 3.เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคของหน่วยงานรัฐบาลในการให้การศึกษาแก่สตรีไทยเพื่อ พัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคม วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ คือการวิจัยเอกสารและสำรวจ ตัวอย่าง ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานรัฐบาล 10 แห่ง จำนวน 242 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายจากหน่วยงานรัฐบาลที่มีบทบาทในการให้การศึกษาแก่สตรี เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบเลือกตอบและมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการทางสถิติ โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย 1.เจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานรัฐบาลมีความเห็นว่าหน่วยงานรัฐบาลมีบทบาทในการให้การศึกษาแก่ สตรีเพื่อส่งเสริมการประหยัดในระดับมากในด้านคหกรรม การประดิษฐ์สิ่งของจากวัสดุเหลือใช้ 2.เจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานรัฐบาลมีความเห็นว่าหน่วยงานรัฐบาลมีบทบาทในการให้การศึกษาด้าน อาชีพเพื่อส่งเสริมการเพิ่มพูนรายได้ในระดับมากในด้านคหกรรม หัตถกรรม และอุตสาหกรรมในครอบครัว 3.เจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานรัฐบาลมีความเห็นว่าหน่วยงานรัฐบาลมีบทบาทในการให้การศึกษาด้าน อาชำเพื่อให้ยึดเป็นอาชีพในระดับมากในด้านคหกรรม 4.เจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานรัฐบาลมีความเห็นว่าหน่วยงานรัฐบาลมีบทบาทในการให้การศึกษาเพื่อ พัฒนาสังคมในระดับน้อย 5.เจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานรัฐบาลมีความเห็นว่าหน่วยงานรัฐบาลมีปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการให้ การศึกษาแก่สตรีไทยในระดับมากในเรื่อง (1) มีขั้นตอนในการปฏิบัติงานมาก ใช้เวลานาน (2)ขาดการร่วมมือประสานงานกันอย่างแท้จริง (3)งบประมาณในการดำเนินงานไม่เพียงพอ (4)ไม่มีการนำผลการประเมินการประเมินงานมาใช้ปรับปรุงงาน (5)ผู้บังคับบัญชาไม่เข้าใจการทำงานอย่างแท้จริง (6)หาตลาดยาก (7)ไม่สามารถจัดสรรงบประมาณให้ เมาะสมกับความต้องการของแต่ะหน่วยงานและท้อง ที่ได้ (8)สตรีไม่มีเวลามารับการฝึกอบรม (9)สตรีไม่เห็นความสำคัญ และไม่สนใจมารับการอบรม (10)บุคลากรมีความรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่หลายอย่าง (11)ขาดบุคลากรติดตามผล |
| Other Abstract: | Purposes The purposes of this research was 1.To study the roles of governmental organizations in educating Thai women for economic and social development. 2.To study the opinions of governmental officers regarding educating Thai women for economic and social development. 3.To study the problems and obstacles governmental organizations face in Educating Thai women for economic and social development. Procedure This study employed an analytic description which included documentary study and survey. The subjects in this study were two hundred forty-two governmental officers who were randomly selected from ten governmental organizations. A questionnaire with checklists and rating scales was used, and percentages, arithmetic means and standard deviations were calculated for the results. Results 1.The governmental officers’ opinions concerning the roles of governmental organizations in educating Thai women for economizing were at high levels for home economics and making things from unused materials. 2.The governmental officers’ opinions concerning the roles of governmental organizations in educating Thai women for increasing income were at high levels for home economics, handicrafts and domestic industry. 3.The governmental officers’ opinions concerning the roles of governmental organizations in educating Thai women for having careers were at high levels for home economics. 4.The governmental officers’ opinions concerning the roles of governmental organizations in educating Thai women for social development were at low levels. 5.The governmental officers’ opinions concerning problems and obstacles in educating Thai women were at high levels for the following items (1)The operation had too many steps and also took too long. (2)Lack of co-ordination. (3)Operating budget was insufficient. (4)No use of evaluation to improve work. (5)The heads of departments didn’t understand the work. (6)Women found marketing inconveniently. (7)The governmental organization couldn’t distribute a budget for each organization or each district properly. (8) Women rarely had time for educational services. (9) Women didn’t see the importance of and didn’t pay attention to educational services. (10) The officers had too many responsibilities (11) Lack of officers to follow up cducational services. |
