dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ทราบถึงลักษณะความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ที่ถูกถ่ายทอดผ่านละครโทรทัศน์หลังข่าว โดยวิเคราะห์จากละครโทรทัศน์หลังข่าวภาค 20.00 น. ที่ออกอากาศ ในระหว่างเดือนพฤษภาคม-กันยายน พ.ศ. 2542จำนวน 3 เรื่องได้แก่ ละครโทรทัศน์เรื่องคุณชายรักสุดท้ายที่ปลายฟ้า และโดดเดี่ยวไม่เดียวดาย โดยทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากบทละครโทรทัศน์ และเทปโทรทัศน์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ละครโทรทัศน์หลังข่าวมีการถ่ายทอดแนวคิดเรื่องความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ และมีการถ่ายทอดลักษณะความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ออกมาทั้ง 5 ลักษณะในระดับที่แตก ต่างกัน กล่าวคือ พบลักษณะความสามารถในการรับรู้อารมณ์ผู้อื่น (Empathy) มากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ความสามารถในการบริหารและจัดการกับอารมณ์ของตนเอง (Self regulation) ความสามารถในการตระหนักรู้ในตนเอง (Self awareness) ทักษะในการเข้าสังคมหรือทักษะในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่น (Social skill) และความสามารถในการสร้างแรงจูงใจ (Motivation) ตามลำดับ โดยลักษณะความฉลาดทางอารมณ์เหล่านี้ถูกถ่ายทอดผ่านพฤติกรรมของตัวละคร ซึ่งปรากฏทั้งพฤติกรรมที่สอดคล้องและพฤติกรรมที่ไม่สอดคล้องกับลักษณะความฉลาดทางอารมณ์โดยสวนใหญ่ตัวละครเอกฝ่ายดีของเรื่องทักมีพฤติกรรมที่สอดคล้องกับลักษณะความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ ในทางกลับกันตัวละครเอกฝ่ายร้ายจะมีพฤติกรรมที่ไม่สอดคล้องกับลักษณะความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ ส่วนตัวละครประกอบนั้น พบว่า ตัวละครประกอบฝ่ายดีอาจมีพฤติกรรมที่สอดคล้องกับลักษณะความฉลาดทางอารมณ์หรือไม่ก็ได้ ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับบุคลิกลักษณะนิสัยที่ถูกกำหนดมา ส่วนตัวละครประกอบฝ่ายร้ายจะมีลักษณะพฤติกรรมที่ไม่สอดคล้องกับลักษณะความฉลาดทางอารมณ์โดยสิ้นเชิง-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThis research was to determine the presentation of prime time television soap opera on the emotional intelligence. The study analyzed 3 soap operas namely, “Khun Chai”, “Rak Sud Tai Ti Plai Fah” and “DodDiaw Mai DiawDaai" which broadcasted in prime time period during May to September 1999. Consequently, information and data were collected using analysis on screen play and video tapes. The results of study showed that the prime time television soap operas had conveyed emotional intelligence and presented the emotional intelligence in all five competencies at various levels in the following descending orders: empathy, self regulation, self awareness, social skill ,and the last, motivation. The study also showed that the emotional intelligence was depicted through behavior of the actors both the emotional intelligence capacity and the emotional intelligence incapacity. The main actors of good role usually showed the emotional intelligence capacity behavior. On the contrary, the main actors of bad role usually showed the emotional intelligence incapacity. Though the minor actors of bad role usually showed the emotional intelligence incapacity, the minor actors of good role showed both the emotional intelligence capacity and emotional intelligence incapacity depending on the character assigned.-
